Outsourcing Of Services For Maintenance And Operation Of Central Ac Plant At Palampur Mil Stn , Outsourcing Of Services For Maintenance And Operation Of Central Air Conditioning Plant And Standby Dg Set Of Capacity 250 Kva Installed At Signal Centre At Palampur Mil Stn By Engaging 01 Refrigeration And Ac Tradesmen ( Iti Qualified ) Each Shift At Palampur Military Station For Shift Of 8 Hours For Three Shift In A Day Including Sundays & Holidays All As Directed . , Outsourcing Of Services For Maintenance And Operation Of Central Air Conditioning Plant Installed At Signal Centre By Engaging 01 Helper For Tradesmen At Palampur Military Station In Each Shift Of 8 Hours In A Day And To Assist Tradesmen Engaged For Maintenance And Operation Of Ac Plant At Srl No . 1 Above In Maint And Operation Of Dg Set Of Capacity 250 Kva For Signal Centre 24X7 Including Topping Up Of Fuel And Oil In The Dg Set Including Sundays & Holidays All As Directed Note For Item No 01 To 02:- ( I ) Inside , Surrounding Area Of The Central Ac Palnt Installations And All Equipments Shall Be Maintained Neat And Clean All The Time And The Unit Rate Quoted Shall Be Deemed To Incl The Cost Of The Same . ( Ii ) The Skilled Tradesmen Shall Be Iti Certificate Holder & Capable To Attend Emergency Repair/ Maintenance And Complaints As Per The Directions Of Engr-In-Charge . ( Iii ) All T&P Required For Attending Complaints And Maintenance Of Plant And Installation Will Be Supplied By The Contractor And Cost Is Incl In The Rate Quoted . ( Iv ) Proper Attendance Register Shall Be Maintained By The Contractor . ( V ) The Tradesmen Shall Be Provided With Protective Clothings / Safety Hand Gloves /Industrial Helmets /Safety Belts/ Face Masks / Rain Coat And Shall Bear That While On Duty And The Cost Is Incl In The Rate Quoted . ( Vi ) The Contractor Has To Provide Adequate Means To The Workmen For Conducive Work Environment And He Has To Ensure That The Workers Are Covered As Per Labour Law And Insurance Act . All The Tradesmen Should Be Covered Under Insurance Act Vide Indian Electricity Rules , 1956 . ( Vii ) The Unit Rate Quoted Is Deemed To Include For Printing Log Sheet , Registers And Other Stationery Items . ( Viii ) The Contractor Shall Be Provided With Approved Colour Of Uniform For The Tradesmen . The Rate Quoted Deemed To Be Included In The Quoted Rate . ( Ix ) The Following Register/Documents To Be Maintained On Daily Basis . :- ( A ) Plant Running Record Book . ( B ) Daily Log Sheet For Central Ac Palnt . ( X ) In Case The Contractor Fails To Depute Person In Shift As Asked , Then Suitable Recovery Shall Be Made For The Same . Panel Reovery @ Rs 600/- Per Shift Shall Be Recovered In Case Of Operator / Technician / Helper Found Absent From Duty . ( Xi ) The Contractor Will Provide Two Sets Of Complete Tools And One Commando Torch , Tool Bag Which Will Be Used By The Technicians And Helpers While On Duty At The Installtions . The Tools Will Be Returned To The Contractor On Completion Of The Contract . The Rates For The Same Are Deemed To Be Included In The Rates Quoted . In Case Of Non Provision Of Tools Rs . 20000 . 00 Will Be Recovered Will Be Recovered From The Contractor Due Amount . ( Xii ) The Contractor Has To Ensure All Covid-19 Precautions With Preventive Materials . The Cost Of Preventive Materials Shall Be Included In The Qouted Rates .
