Door To Door Collection Of Solid Domestic Waste And Cleaning And Up Keeping Of Row Of Industrial Area Mandar Solid Waste Management , Collection Of Domestic Waste ( Garbage Or Non-Industrial Solid Waste ) Generated From Allottees Of Industrial Area Mandar , Spread On About 19 . 89 Acres And Having Road Length Of About 1 . 4 Km , On Daily Basis From Door To Door Of Allottees By Suitable Commercial Vehicle With Hopper Arrangement . The Work Shall Also Include The Regular Cleaning And Upkeeping Of Row Of Roads Of Industrial Area By Way Of Engaging Man Power Or Machineries Or Tools And Plants , Excluding The Drains But Including The Jungle Clearance And Disposal Of Solid Waste Lying In Row Of Road . The Waste So Collected Will Be Transported And Disposed Of In Proper Manner By The Agency At Its Own Level And Cost , To The Designated Place Of Local Bodies Or As Per Directions Of Engineer In-Charge . Terms And Conditions Enclosed . 1 . The Contractor Should Visit The Site Of Work And Rate Should Be Quoted Accordingly . 2 . The Contractor Should Arrange Required Number Of Small Commercial Vehicles With Facility Of Hopper For Door To Door Collection Of Waste And Necessary Vehicles Required For Transportation And Disposal Of Waste To The Designated Place Of Local Body Or As Per Directions Of Engineer In-Charge . 3 . No Waste Should Be Scattered Around Designated Place And The Transportation Should Be Done On Daily Basis In Proper Manner , As Per Direction Of Engineer In Charge . 4 . All The Vehicles Shall Equipped With Proper Alarm System To Let The Allottee Know Of Their Arrival At The Door Step Regularly Between 8 . 00 Am To 2 . 00 Pm . 5 . The Contractor Has To Execute Work Within The Complete Right Of Way Of Road I . E . Plot Boundary To Plot Boundary And Disposal Of All Types Of Dead Trees , Autumn Leaves , Jungle , Dead Animals Etc . As Per Direction Of Engineer In Charge . 6 . Row Areas To Be Kept Neat And Clean . 7 . All The Requisite Labour Or T And P Or Machineries Required For Proper Execution Of Work As Per Complete Scope Of Work , Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor . The Labour Engaged In The Work Should Be In Uniform As Prescribed And Approved By Engineer In Charge . 8 . Contractor Has To Make All Necessary Alternate Arrangement During Holidays . 9 . Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Damage Of Any Infrastructure Like Road , Drain Etc . During The Execution Of Work . 10 . The Contractor Has To Quote The Complete Rate On Monthly Basis For Complete One Job For One-Month Period . No Tender In Which Rate Quoted In Other Manner Shall Be Considered . 11 . All The Complaints Related To Work Shall Be Recorded By Contractor In The Complaint Register Maintained At Concerned Office Of Industrial Association Or Riico Office . 12 . Contractor Will Display The Contact Details Of Himself And His Authorized Representative At Prominent Locations Of Industrial Area Like Riico Office , Association Building , Water Supply Complex , Fire Station And Other Places As Directed By Engineer In-Charge And On Vehicle Being Used For Work . 13 . The Agency Shall Also Take The Geo Tagged Photographs Of The Complete Row At A Regular Interval Of 15 Days And Submit The Same To The Unit Office On The Next Day Of Taking The Photographs For Verification . 14 . The Agency Shall Also Provide The Information To The Unit Office With Regard To Dumping Of The Hazardous Or Non-Hazardous Industrial Solid Waste , Construction And Demolition Material Dumped By The Industrialists In The Row Along With Geo Tagged Photographs Showing The Location Of Waste With Plot No . 15 . The Contractor Will Engage At-Least Two Labours Apart From Driver On Each Vehicle Collecting The Waste . Further , The Contractor Will Engage At-Least 2 Labours On Daily Basis For Cleaning And Upkeeping Of The Industrial Area . 16 . In Case The Vehicle Alongwith Labour Collecting The Door To Door Waste Does Not Turn Up On Any Day Then No Payment For That Particular Day Is To Be Made And In Addition The Penalty Equal To The Payment @Twice Of The Proportionate Per Day Payment Shall Be Levied And Deducted From The Bill . Similarly , In Case The Regular Cleaning In The Industrial Area Does Not Take Place Then No Payment For That Particular Day Is To Be Made And In Addition The Penalty Equal To The Payment @Twice Of The Proportionate Per Day Payment Shall Be Levied And Deducted From The Bill . 17 . If The Contractor Or Agency Does Not Execute The Work Continuously For Seven Days Then The Penalty Is To Be Imposed As Proposed Above And In Addition The Action Is To Be Initiated In Accordance With The Relevant Clauses Of The Contract Agreement .
