Description :Supply of VVVF AC Drive, shall be of minimum 7.5 KW / 10 HP capacity, to drive 7.5 KW / 10 HP,\rLT/CT Crane duty Squirrel cage Induction motor, S4 duty, 3 Phase, 415 V AC, 50 Hz, RPM 983, CDF 40% with\r300 starts per hour. The drive supply shall include required Resistor for dynamic breaking, RFI filter & Chopper.\rThe drive shall have provision to work with, digital input from 4 notches of existing master controller in each\rdirection. The drive shall have MMI/HMI mounted on it to display various operating parameter in English. Drive\rshall have self-monitoring watchdog facility. HMI shall also be capable of editing the drive parameters & fault\rindication facility. Drive shall be tested at RWF and Tuned parameters has to be given in Soft copy at the time of\rInspection. Operating manual in hard copy shall be supplied along with drive. Preferred Make of AC Drives:\rDANFOSS: VLT AUTOMATION FC-302 SERIES, ALLEN BRADELY: POWER FLEX-700 SERIES, SIEMENS:\rS-120 SERIES, ABB: ACS-850 SERIES only. Technical Literature of the drive offered shall be included in the\roffer. Warranty: 12 months from the date of supply.
