Outsourcing Services Maintenance And Operation Of 66 11Kv Receiving Station Central Power House Mh Complaint Cell Central Zone North Zone Ht At Binnaguri Mil Stn Under Ge North Binnaguri , note for schedule a ( boq ) ( a ) operator must be experienced and must have knowledge of required installation . ( b ) operator detailed must have knowledge for switchgear , vcb , high tension & must be capable to rectify defects like tripping of vcb / sf6 breakers , rmu disconnections of elect wiring , blowing of fuses . ( c ) cleaning of entire area of installation of 66 kv/ 11kv yard & substation & cutting of grass from roots & keeping the premises in hygenic condition . ( d ) necessary tools kit torch , cutting plier , pipe wrench , lock with key , gum boots , ht gloves , earthing rod , ht cum lt megger , battry testing equipments , spanner sets , ladders , spanners & transportation for the operators will be provided by the contractor at his own cost . no extra payment will made on this account . ( e ) providing 2 sets of uniform for duty personals with proper badge marking operator all as directed . the operator must wear uniform safety eqpt like safety belt , helmet , discharge rod , gloves , face mask , ladder etc as per requirement provided by the contrator . raincoat will be also provided to operator & helper by contractor on his own cost . no extra payment will be made on this account . ( f ) duties of the operator may also detailed to any other installations as per requirement by the engineer-in-charge . ( g ) if any operator found absent from duty in any shift the recovery will be made for that shift at double the rates quoted by the contractor . ( h ) contractor will ensure that weekly off shall be given to workers deployed by him without any hindrance to the department . ( j ) minor items like gland for valves , gasket for dg set and pipe joints to be replaced by the operator necessary t&p and stores will be issued by the contractor for the same . cost of the these items to be taken in consideration while quoting the rates of contract . ( k ) log sheets shall be maintained by the operator and submitted to the engr-in-charge duly filled and signed . log sheet , necessary job cards , complaint cell register shall be issued by the contractor to operators at his own cost . no extra payment will be made on this account ( l ) if any eqpt get damaged due to negligence of the operator the same will be repaired by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payment will be made on this account . ( m ) the wk will supervised by the contractor himself . however for smooth functioning of the work the contractor may deploy a supervisor for the same , who will maintain the log sheet of the instl and to be endorsed by the concerned je regularly . cost of supervisor is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the contract . ( n ) diesel for dg set will be issued from mt yard of age e/m north binnaguri . the contractor will be responsible for collection of diesel and sending the same to instln by arranging vehicle as and when required . cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the contract . ( o ) the shift duties ( each shift of eight hours ) are required to be performed as per duty chart decided by engr-in-charge . no operator will be permitted to engage in more than one shift ( each shift of eight hours ) in a calendar day . in case any operator found missing in particular shift for any reason , penalty recovery at twice the quoted rate of the contractor ( service provider ) shall be recovered from the payable amount to the contractor ( service provider ) . ( p ) the payment to the workers employed by the contractor shall be deposited in their respective aadhar link bank account in every month . the copy of bank statement alongwith receipt of epf & esi shall also to be submitted to engr-in-charge in every month which will be the part of rar/fb . no payment will be released unless the same will be produced . ( q ) providing insurance to all engaged personnels /workers as per labour act . cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the contract . ( r ) provide one pre paid mobile phone ( without camera ) for communication & receiving complaint including recharging of money in every month . cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of contract . ( s ) rate quoted by the tenderer for this schedule should not be less than the rate assessed by the department , which is inclusive of minimum wages , epf , esi , labour welfare cess and gst . any other statutory payment , additional taxes/ cess , overhead charges and profit bonus etc , not included in the rate assessed by the department , to be borne and to be quoted by the bidder accordingly . in case amount quoted by the bidder is found less than the rate assessed by the department , such bids will be treated as non-bonafide and shall summarily be rejected . no claim whatsoever shall be entertained in this aspect at a later stage . ( t ) before commencement of work , list of all employers/staff is to be submitted to ge alongwith qualification/experience details two photocopies with original id proof for approval . ( u ) preparation of duty roaster for each month to be prepared in advance for each month duly signed by the contractor & engineer-in-charge and display showing the persons on duty in each shift including the reliever for off duty as per labour act . it should also be part of rar/final bill verification . , 66/11kv maint receiving station : maintanance and operation of 66/11kv main receiving sub station equipped with various equipments and controlling switch gears as listed below near central power house ( in side binnaguri military station ) including daily/periodical routine maintanance , rectification of faults/attending complaints and replacement of fittings/fixtures & wiring , maintaining complaint cell including cleaning of sorrounding and boundaries on installations to keep clean and tidy condition including maintaining of records with chart and electrician to be signed in full at log book in every shift in and out time . 01 ( one ) number electrician ( skilled ) round the clock in three shifts in a day form 0600hr to 1400 hr , 1400 hr to 2200 hr in day including sunday & holidays . list of equipments & controlling switch gears installed in marshalling yard/control panel room :- ( a ) 66 kv sf6 gas circuit breaker ( manual panel board ) - 02 nos . ( b ) step down 66/11kv transformer with oil oltc manual panel of capacity 5 mva - 02 nos . ( c ) step down 11/0 . 433 kv transformers of capacity 63 kva - 01 no . ( d ) 66 kv isolators switches - 11 nos . ( e ) 11 kv gang operating switches - 03 nos . ( f ) remote oltc control panel for transformers - 02 nos . ( g ) control and relay panle for 66 kv sf 6 gas circuit breakers - 02 nos . ( h ) flot cum boost charger of capacity 110 volt/60 a - 01 no . ( j ) auxiliary transformer switching panel - 01 no ( k ) vcb for incoming 11 kv supply - 02 nos ( l ) vcb for out going 11 kv supply - 02 nos . ( m ) vcb for bus coupling 11 kv suply - 01 no . note : rate to be deemed to provide tpt to the electrician for every shift to attend compains/breakdown etc .
