| 4 | 1.03 | Terms & conditions :-\n1. The repair of computers is to be done through authorized service rep. The Service Engineer should be available for necessary repair on call.\n2. The agreement will remain in force for a period of one year from the date of signing the agreement.\n3. The Old parts replaced in this AMC due to any technical problem shall be handed over to the department through proper receipt voucher. \n4. In case of not attending the problem of hardware and detecting any software defects in the computers/peripherals within two days of call, penalty @ Rs 500/- per day will be re covered from the payment due. \n5. Rates quoted will be inclusive of all taxes like GST as applicable and will not be mentioned separately.\n6. The rates quoted should be valid for a period of one year from the date of signing the agreement. \n7. Spare parts costing not more than Rs 1000/- (Rupees One thousand) for each item will be replaced free of cost during AMC period.\n8. In case satisfactory performance not given, then the department reserves the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect and payment will be given for only that period up to which satisfactory service has been rendered.\n9. Payment will be made quarterly by this office on production of satisfactory performance certificate from the authorized representative of GE (Seabird) Karwar. The entire payment will be made in four equal installments at the end of each quarter.\n\n |
