Job Work Job Order For Outsourcing Services For Maint And Operation Of Water Supply Installation / Dg Set At Sevoke Road Mil Stn Under Ge Sevoke Road , Providing Services For Comprehensive Maintenance And Operation Of Pump House With Dg Sets , Chlorination Pump Of Any Make And Capacity In Three Shifts Of 8 Hours Each Shift By Employing One Fgm ( Semi-Skilled ) Per Shift Including Operation Of Following And At Following Locations And At Following Locations :- ( A ) Cleaning Of Entire Area Pump House And Cutting Of Grass From The Roots And Keeping The Premises ( Area Of The Instalation ) In Hygienic Condition . ( B ) Duty Roster Shall Be Prepared In Advance For Each Month Duly Signed By The Contractor And Engineer-In-Charge And Display In Each Pump House Showing The Person On Duty In Each Shift Including The Reliever For Off Duty As Per Labour Act . ( C ) Operation And Maint Of Chlorine Dozing Pump To Ensure Super Chlorination Of Water . ( D ) Operation Of Dg Set In Case Of Failure Of Elect Supply . ( E ) Operation And Maint Of Iron Removal Plant And Compressor Including Back Washing To Get Clean Water . Locations :- ( A ) Dns Pump House , 3/3 Gr Pump House And Sewage Pump House , Sevoke Mil Stn - Each Shift - 87 ( 03 Shifts Per Day For 29 Days ) ( B ) Pump House No 16 At Sevoke Road Mil Stn . Each Shift -58 ( 02 Shifts Per Day For 29 Days ) ( C ) Pump House No 17 At Sevoke Road Mil Stn . Each Shift - 29 ( 01 Shift Per Day For 29 Days ) ( D ) Pump House No 04 , Sevoke Road Mil Stn . Each Shift - 29 ( 01 Shift Per Day For 29 Days ) ( E ) Pump House No 3 Sevoke Road Mil Stn . Each Shift - 29 ( 01 Shift Per Day For 29 Days ) ( Total No Of Shifts ( 03+02+01+01+01 =08 Shifts Per Day ) I . E . 08 Shifts X 29 Days = 232 Shifts ) Note :- ( A ) Water Residual Chlorine Content Test To Be Done As Per Direction Of Age . ( B ) All Safety And Cleaning Equipment ( I . E . Grass Cutting Machine , Cotton Cloth , Cleaning Chemical Broom Etc . ) To Be Provided By The Contractor . ( C ) Minimum Requirement Of Semi Skilled Experienced Manpower Required For Providing M & O Services As Shift Wise . No Extra Claim Will Be Admitted By The Department For Employing And Additional Man Power . However , Necessary Prise Adjustment On ( - ) Minus Side Will Be Admitted By The Employment Of Man Power At Any Particular Day / Duration Falls Below The Minimum Requirement Based . Such Adjustments Will Be Based On Minimum Fair Wages Or Quoted Rate Which Ever Is Higher . Notes . ( A ) Minimum Requirement Of Fgm Required For Providing M&O Services As Assessed For Employing And Additional Manpower , However , Necessary Price Adjustment On ( - ) Minus Side Will Be Admitted By The Employment On Manpower At Any Particular Day / Duration Falls Below The Minimum Requirement Based . Such Adjustments Will Be Based On Minimum Fair Wages Or Quoted Rate Which Ever Is Higher . ( B ) Before Commencement Of Work , List Of All Employees / Staff Is To Be Submitted To Ge Alongwith Qualification / Experience , Details And Id Proofs . ( C ) Payment To All Staff / Employees For Rendering Services Is To Be Made As Minimum Wagdes Act At Rates Promulgated By Central / State Govt Which Ever Is Higher Through Bank Account Of Employees . ( D ) At The Time Of Submission Of Bill , Proof In Respect Of Payment Made To The Employees Alongwith Epf/Pf Details Is Also To Be Submitted . ( E ) Duty Roster And Attendance Register To Be Maintained . ( F ) . Contractor Should Quote Rates As Per Prevailing Minimum Wages As Applicabel And Considering All Statutory Payment As Per Govt Rules In Existing Failing Which Tender Will Be Treated As Non Bonafied And Such Bidder Will Be Debarred For Future Quoting Of Tender For Next Six Months .
