The Design shall include all the components of the Bio Gas PLant including shredder, Agitators, Pumps, required tanks, Anaerobic Digestor, H2S Scrubber to get cleaner biogas, Required valves, Piping, Flow meters for Gas, Storage for Bio Gas, Air Blowers, Pressure Guages, Pressure Release valves, Bio Gas Flaring system with Safety Arrangements, Filter press for dewatering slurry and making manure and packing of the same, Compressor for compressing the Biogass, Gass Cascade system to store the gas in compressed form of the similar capacity, all plumbing works, all electrical works, all automation works including integration with the SCADA/BMS system of the campus to show the status of the plant, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting works, Safety and Directional Signages, etc... complete as required. The technology should be suitable adaptable to local tropical conditions, with lowest operating cost, least possible land use for the processing and disposal of the organic waste as directed by the Engineer-In Charge. Tenetative heads. species and requirements are given in technical specification read with the drawings, the sucessfull contrcator has to seek quantities approval as per the design confirmation by the cleint. irrespective of the solid waste collected from the campus will be useful for the generation of the biogas or not, as a part of campus waste management strategy, this includes developement of the Disposal Station for (i) biodegrdable, solid , Recyclable waste collection from various part of the campus and its desposal stations with the features of Segregation and Storage of Recyclable Waste. Waste Storage and Recycling facility has to be designed and developed at the site . Shade shuold be fabricated as per the design and required civil work should be done as per drawing and design. For the bio & solid (degrdable & non-degradable both) was te collection from the various parts of the campus, the required bins and containers are seperate to this line item under EPCC mode. However, the vehicle /trcator to load-unload the dumper will be facitilated by the contrcator without any extra charge. \nThe process design has to be submitted by the vendor which shall be vetted by Third part vetting agency and on approval of the same, the actual work can be started at site. 1 1 Nos
2 2 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Biogas/ PNG fueled Duel Fuel cogeneration (CHP) engine capable of generating 1000 KWe electrical energy on continuous basis including Waste Heat Recovery Unit with water jacketing for heat transfer and generation of hot water including hot water generator and heat exchanger of suitable size, Voltage- 415 V, Frequency - 50 Hz with H class insulation & including Housing of CHP, Common base frame, anti-vibrating isolators, flexible coupling for engine/alternator & painting as per manufacturers standard, starting battery & battery charger, Automatic voltage regulator,Panel, including control cubicle and associated auxiliary devices, Earthing system, relay panel and CHP breaker, Step up transformer (0.440/11 kV) suitable for proposed gas genset including LT incomer, HT outgoing, required size breaker and related cabling, Suitable LT panel and HT Panel both (HT panel shall be syncying/ Parallel operation with the grid and LT panel for direct use of the generated electricty in the respective zone for example Academic Spine or suitable in case of HT side faliure or any other requirement) including necessary heat exchanger to generate hot water, complete with Fuel Gas Train, Engine Exhaust systems, Acoustical Enclosure for the CHP, data acquisition system with SCADA/ BMS compatibility, Necessary Cabling, Trenching, refilling, Hot water storage tanks and Hydro-pneumatic pump.\n\nA logic control panel shall be part of this item which shall be able to sence the power availibility from various sources (Grid, DG Sets & Solar etc - Maximum 4 sources at a place) & also sense the load demand on down side & accordingly give command to all required breakes of the respective sources including CHP breaker based on load sharing scenario by means of load sharing realy & synchronizing realys to manage the source optimization.
