36\"GRAVIMETRIC FEEDER BELT: 36'' Gravimetric Feeder\nBelt, Centre Distance- 07 feet, Truly Endless (without any WARP/WEFT joint) Detailed Specification: (i) The belt will consist of 2 to 3 plies of woven fabric suitably impregnated with rubber cover, the whole being vulcanized in a uniform manner. (ii) Material- The carcass must be made out of plain nylon, nylon fabric suitably impregnated with SBR. (iii) The top and bottom covers must be made out of SBR of 3±0.2mm and 2±0.2mm respectively. The rubber cover grade will be M24 as per IS:1891 part- 1/1994 (iv) Thickness: 8.4±0.4mm, Width - 1168±4mm. (v) Belt strength- 400KN/metre. Belt joint Strength minimum 50% of belt strength.vi) Surface hardness- 65±5 shore A as per IS 3400, part- 2 (vii) Running Speed- 12metre/min. (viii) Inside belt length- 5450 to 5505mm. (ix) Weight-71±5 kg. (x) There should no impression of die or upper layer cracks in the belt. (xi) Self-aligning property (straightness of bit in the middle of belt) of the belt should be proper.
