Cutting of the existing 300 mm diameter MS rising main of 05 cusec pump at a particular spot before flap valve using oxy-acetylene gas cutter at site, skilled labour, tools and tackles as required for job carrying the job at site. The job includes finishing and bevelling of cutted portion using grinding tool and allied equipment for carrying job at site. Providing and fitting of new 300 mm dia MS pipe to rising main having length of 5m with existing rising main by welding end to end in two welding beads using superior quality electrodes preferably Advani/Essab/Adore make electrodes to make a strong leak proof joint. The job includes welding back of flap valve to rising main.\nb. Cutting of the flange of existing 300 mm diameter MS rising main of 10 cusec pump using oxy-acetylene gas cutter at site, skilled labour, tools and tackles as required for job at site. The job includes finishing and bevelling of cutted end portion using grinding tool and allied equipment for carrying the job at site. Providing and fitting of new 300 mm dia MS pipe to rising main having length of 6m with existing rising main by welding end to end in two welding beads using superior quality electrodes preferably Advani/Essab/Adore make electrodes to make a strong leak proof joint.\n The above job includes all cost on account of DG set, welding set, skilled & semi-skilled labour, load carrier and various tools and tackles required for successful execution of job followed by testing of rising mains on full load at site.\n | 1 | C-Job |
