Machining the new shaft supplied by the mills with key way machining as identical to the old shaft and match the hub, Bearing area with supplied Bearing sleeve and fly wheel on both side using precision lathe / milling machine with standard tolerance.

Hub reconditioning - 11 Nos with equal weight filling up of metal in the knife fixing area of the hub, Machining the area to the standard dimension using latest precision lathe/milling machine - existing bolt holes are to be filled up by welding and drilling hole sizes to suit the knives supplied by the mills.

Hard facing of the hubs using high quality electrodes.

All the hubs should be stress relieved after completing the welding and machining works.
