Description:- Flat% Above/Below/At par of chapter of the Eastern Railway USSOR-2011 the work order will\rcover 100% of Chapters All chapters excluding chapters 7,13, to 16 & 19 to 23 - 100%This will include (1) New\rwork, addition and alteration to existing structure, special repair works and supply of building materials subjected\rto the contract value of each such work not exceeding rupees 5.00 Lakhs (Rupees Five lakhs only) (2) All\rordinary repairs and maintenance works and (3) Convenience of materials e.g. bricks, lime, sand etc. which are\rlikely to be required in a Zone during the year.
