1 1 Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of running and daily operation of DIESEL DRIVEN GENERATING INSTALLATION OF SIGNAL CENTRE at Masimpur Mil stn comprising DG set of capacity 45 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 wire system alongwith panels for supply of electricity during main failure to signal centre and other connected equipements with ONE OPERATOR (FGM) round the clock in 03 shift, eight hours per shift (First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, Second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and third shift 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs next day ) including sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: \n(a) The term 'Daily Operation' includes minor maintenance like general cleaning, cleaning of machines, equipments and hourly reading, recording of each plant. Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the contractor to all equipments of each DG set wise in standard proforma to make record in consultation with Engr-in-Charge.\n(b) Protective clothing as per IS and safety instructions are to be provided by the contractor and will be continuously in use of the Operator on duty. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for the same.\n(c) Engine Oil, DHPP for running the DG set as required shall be issued under Schedule 'B' as 'FREE-FOR-USING & RUNNING' 1002 Per Shift
2 1.1 (d) SHIFT DUTIES (TIMMINGS)\n (i) Morning Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours\n (ii) Evening Shift : 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours\n (iii) Night Shift : 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours\n(e) All tradesmen being deployed by the contractor for rendering manning and operation services for E/M installation should posses adequate and minimum educational qualification (i.e ITI in requisite trade) from any Govt. Recognized institution.\n(f) Attendance register and nominal roll of tradesmen depolyed in each location must be meticuously maintained.\n(g) All tradesmen deployed by the contractor should not wear loose clothes while operating plant and machinery. Proper clothing (preferably a overall combination) with name plate and required protective gears (like helmets, hand goves goggles, rubber boots etc wherever necessitated) will be made available by the contractor.\n(h) Under no circumstances the tradesmen is engaged for more than eight (8) hours per day in a shift and more than 48 hours per week.\n(j) The fire point with requisite equipments and first aid boxes will be kept in readiness in the E/M installation.\n
3 2 Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of DIESEL DRIVEN INCINERATOR OF 160 MH at Masimpur Mil stn comprising of capacity 50 KG, 3 Phase, 440 Volt, 4 wire system alongwith panels, motor, blower and other connected equipements for burning of waste materials of 160 MH with ONE OPERATOR (FGM) in 01 shift per day, eight hours per shift (First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs) including sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: \n(a) The term 'Daily Operation' includes minor maintenance like general cleaning, cleaning of machines, equipments and hourly reading, recording of each plant. Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the contractor to all equipments of each DG set wise in standard proforma to make record in consultation with Engr-in-Charge.\n(b) Protective clothing as per IS and safety instructions are to be provided by the contractor and will be continuously in use of the Operator on duty. NOTE: \n(a) The term 'Daily Operation' includes minor maintenance like general cleaning, cleaning of machines, equipments and hourly reading, recording of each plant.
