2 1.02 Providing and delivering & Collecting DAK from UPSO II, Noida DO, COurrier Office/ Post Office and other locations etc situated in Distt. Noida. Item includes depositing/collecting neccessary documents with/from bank, bringing / collecting petty purchase items, lunch, snacks, etc. form amrket as and when required. Providing laisoning asistance for I|UPS OII, Terminal, Post Office, banks, electricity, telephone & other outside worlda s per requirement. 24 Ls
3 1.03 Sorting of Documents /stacking/ filing / tagging whenever required/ labeling of hard bound copies / storing and maintenance of record at specified place, etc any other relative job as directed by Officer-in-Charge. Providing services for handling & keeping of files, photocopy of documents and other office realted works. This job includes segregation og respective files of diistributors for record keeping and assistign officers for dispatch of letters to the distributors/external agencies. Sorting of office documents/letters and distributing the same to the place/cabins as per the instructions. 24 Ls
4 1.04 Providing services for handling calls at Customer Service Cell for full working hours including noting in proper dedicated Customer Grievacne register. The job includes assisting officers for data entry and preperation of misc reports. Trasnfer of office records and documents form one place to another within premises as per the instructions of Officer-in-Charge. 24 Ls
