This will comprise of the following:\n1.1)Survey of the ropeway alignment and soil engineering\n1.2)Design & Drawing\n1.3)Clearing of the alignment and final grading of the station areas as required by the design\n1.4)Access to station locations and tower foundations, installation & operation of temporary material handling system.\n1.5)Preparation of labor hut (temporary or prefab type)- construction, staging & assembly.\n1.6)Construction of all civil engineering works of station building (Bottom station, Top station, Intermediate station, if any) for station equipment as well as loading and unloading platforms/ ramps, foundations for towers, slope protections as required and other essential requirements as per Technical Specification including protection works of tower / foundation / station \n1.7) Supply & installation of all towers including maintenance platform and ladder and station structural etc.\n1.8)Complete installation of the system with:-\na)Transport and insurance from the place of supplier / Manufacturer etc to site and to the final location of erection / installation by trucks, manually, temporary material handling system etc.\nb)Drive unit including disc brake, base frame etc.\nc)Station U line equipment including Rope, Grips. Hanger, Cabin with automatic door locking system and censor arrangement. (Should be with automatic door, of compatible strength, look and capacity of reputed make like Doppelmayr/ Cigma cabins/ Goodyou/ Menusadventures etc.) Additional two nos. of cabins shall be kept as standby. \nd)Tensioning System (Hydraulic). \ne)Electrical control & other works including Cable trenches for underground control cable as per requirement and Lightning Protection. \nf)Special tools and tackles. \ng)Installation of the ropeway equipment in all respect including rope splicing/ shortening, if necessary\n1.9)Rescue equipment and mock drill for rescue operation \n1.10)Final painting of the ropeway as per requirement of Technical Specifications.\n1.11)Supply of Permanent Electricity connection to the Ropeway Stations (both) from the State electricity dept. inclusive of all peripherals such as poles, cables, wires, transformer, circuit breakers and ancillary spares as required along with all statutory deposits for dedicated power supply and approval from Line department and other statutory bodies as required\n1.12)Ticket counter with waiting area having seating arrangement (Moulded shell) for 16 persons along with all basic facilities like drinking water, wash room both at UTP & LTP, Queue manager, signage etc.\na)Supply, fabrication, transportation & erection of rest shed of ground area 18’X18’ with roof of colour coated profile sheet 0.45mm thickness (TATA blue scope durashine or equivalent) and with M.S tubular truss & column as required as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.\nb)One kiosk of sixe 6’X7’ and inside height 8’ with colour coated profile sheet 0.45mm thickness (TATA blue scope durashine or equivalent) roof to be used for ticket counter with provision of single door as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.\n1.13)Supply & installation of D.G.
