Periodical Services Incl Camouflaging Paint , Plaster Works To The Amn Sheds And Other Bldgs In Technical Area At Mil Stn Dappar Under Ge ( P ) Dappar , m&l for two coats of synthetic enamel paint camouflage paint including praparation of old steel surfaces to receive painting , washing and cleaning , of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed . , m&l for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal / external surfaces of walls / ceilings / soffits ( thickness vary from 1 . 5 to 2 . 5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers ) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed . make of wall putty : jk wall putty / birla wall care putty / bison wall putty . notes : ( i ) the prepared surface after wall putty , the contractor will inform to the ge as well as to the engineer-in-charge for site inspection before applying further finishes . please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the ge as well as to the engineer-in-charge through site order . , applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint ( light shade ) @ 5 sq . m / litre / 2 coats by using roller / brush to external walls / rcc surfaces / soffits of chajjas / roof projections / cantilevers / balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq . m / litre / 1 coat by roller burss or or mechnical spray all as directed by engr-in-charge as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed . make of exterior wall primer : asian / berger / nerolac [ best quality ] . make of exterior emulsion : asian ( ace ) / berger ( walmasta ) / nerolac ( suraksha superior ) , taking down cement plaster on brick wall on concrete surfaces incl hacking for key racking out joints scrubbing down with water etc . , m&l for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers ( 10mm and 5mm respectively ) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas / parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge . note : wpc will be measured and paid separately . , supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by engineer-in-charge . make : pidilite / sika , m&l for applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint ( light shade ) @ 10 sq . m / litre / 2 coats by using roller or mechnical spray all as directed by engr-in-charge to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq . m / litre / 1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed . make of interior wall primer : asian / berger / nerolac [ best quality ] . make of interior emulsion : asian ( tractor ) / berger ( bison ) / nerolac ( beauty smooth ) . , m & l for preparing existing treated surfaces of external walls / rcc surfaces / soffits of chajjas / roof projections / cantilevers / balcony etc including cornices and applying one coat of cement base paint @ 5 sq . m / kg / 1 coat by using following brands of cement based paint by roller complete all as specified & as directed by engineer-in-charge . make of cement paint : snowcem plus ( snowcem paints ) / asian / berger , m & l for preparing existing treated surfaces on ceiling including cornices and applying one coat of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream . this shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth . 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream . about 1 . 3 kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant . small quantity of ultramarine blue ( upto 3 gm per kg of lime ) shall also be added to the of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge .
