Supply of Complete Fibrizer FOR THE YEAR 2020-21 , price of complete fibrizer with anvil plate & side plate ( specification from item no 1 . 01 to 1 . 05 ) , swing hammer type fibrizer having 148 hammer shall be located at the head end of the primary cane carrier , to suit existing 1980 mm wide cane carrier having 148 hammers . weight of each hammer shall not be less than 22 kg . the hammer shank shall be 30 mm thick minimum . fibrizer should be capable of providing preparatory index of prepared cane more than 88 . , the rotor shaft shall be heavy duty minimum 430 mm dia at the hubs and 300 mm dia at the bearing journals and shall be 45 c8 steel as per is:1570 anvil plate shall be pocketed design , having wrap angle of not less than 160-deg minimum . the base plate thickness of the anvil shall be minimum 35mm . hard facing of the anvil working surface shall be having minimum hardness 600 bhn . anvil plate shall have provision for adjusting the anvil clearance . a suitable guide plate / floating flap of 20mm thick to be provided at the entry point of anvil . rotor shall be supported on two heavy duty self aligning double row spherical roller bearings . bearing shall be mounted on shaft with adapter / withdrawal sleeve . tip dia . of hammers shall have 2200 mm swing dia . when running at 750 rpm . ( tip of hammers of our existing fibrizer have 1830 mm swing dia ) . , the fibrizer should have detachable domite tips made of special shock resistance alloy steel and secured through 60 mm dia s . s . pins , the hammer shank and fibrizer disc shall have ss bushes to suit s . s . pins . of minimum 60 mm , hubs shall be of cast steel fitted on rotter shaft . , the hammer shank and fibrizer disc shall have ss 304 bushes with tack welding on its hub to suite ss pins . 60 mm hubs for holding hammers are of ss 304 quality fitted on rotor shaft . with double key ways with tight fitting perfect machining duly locked each other with four locking bolt with dynamic balancing . deflector plate of 20 mm thickness with 2 . 5 mm thick s . s . lining shall be provided . auto start of standby pump . suitable for abb make fibrizer drive steam turbine . , the fibrizer rotor shall be completely covered by reinforced mild steel fabricated hood made out of 12 mm thick side plate attached to the cane carrier frame work and will be complete with deflector plate , adjustable mild steel fabricated anvil plate , anvil suspension gear , front adjustable cover , rear chute of 12 mm thick with 2 . 5 thick ss lining , bolted doors of the top of the hood . rotor bearing plumber blocks shall be cast steel pressure lubricating system for bearings shall be provided with 2 nos . pumps , 2 nos . coolers ( one each as standby ) oil reservoir , pressure gauge , piping , return line , needle valve fitting etc . with provision for auto start of standby pump . suitable for abb make fibrizer drive steam turbine . specification as follows-2500 hp , rpm- 5400 / 800 , ratio 6 . 75:1 power consumption upto 15 tons . , dismentaling of fibrizer , erection & commissioning charges . if any civil work will be necessary same will be completed by the party .
