If net schedule are offered at PAR with MES schedule, '0' (ZERO) shuold be inserted in percentages box. The less or excess percentages inserted by the contractor here in above shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculation /amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ templates. Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ templates, the contract shall be accepted on the percentage inserted by the tenderer .
