Details: Static Frequency Converter , Make: Aplab , Model: Lp3010fc , Carry Out Overhaul Of Static Frequency Convertor; Carry Out Inspection And Cleaning Of Sfc; Inspect Internal Wiring , Replace Deteriorated Ones . Tighten Electrical Connections And Fasteners . Replace All Relays , Switches , Connectors , Indication Lamps , Fuse Bases , Fuse Carriers . Check Convertor Assembly For Proper Functioning , Replace Defective Components . Carry Out Insulation Checks ( Minimum Insulation Resistance 2 M Ohms Is Acceptable ) . , All Talleys , Components And Cable To Be Removed From Control Panel And Control Panel Body To Be Painted . , All Indication , Terminal Blocks And Knobs To Be Replaced . , Over Load Relay To Be Calibrated And Certificate To Be Provided To Ss . , Control Panel To Be Offered For Trials To Ss After Assembling At Shipyard Shop Floor . Fit The Control Panel In Ship With Earthing Strap And Take Trials With Convertor . , Distribution Panel 115V , 400Hz ( 01 No ) The Scope Of Work As Follows: , Remove The Distribution Panel From Ship And Take To Shipyard Shop Floor For Calibration . All Talley , Components And Cable To Be Removed From Distribution Panel And Distribution Panel Body To Be Painted Including Procuring Of Paint . Fit The Distribution Panel In Ship With Earthing Strap And Prove The System . Note:- Hats/Sats Schedule To Be Obtained From Oem And Approval Of The Same To Be Taken From Navy . Observations / Defects Observed To Be Liquidated And Trials To Be Reoffered To Naval Trial Agencies . Post Completion Of The Routines/Overghaul , The Machinery Should Be Proved To Rated/Designed Power / Capacity Without Limitations/Observations . The Equipment Performance Will Be Considered Satisfactory Only If It The Performance Trials Are Cleared By Naval Inspection Agency . , All Internal Wiring , Indication , Terminal Blocks , Fuse Base And Knobs To Be Replaced . , Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For Executing Of The Above Mentioned Jobs , Contractor Has To Procure , Supply All Items And Fitted In Its Place . Contractor Has To Quote Lumpsum Cost For Required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material Mentioned At S . Nos . 1 To 9 For Above Scope Of Work . The Taxes Will Be Paid As Per Actuals . The Cost Of Spares Quoted By The Contractor Will Be Considered On Not Exceeding Basis Of Total Lumpsum Cost Mentioned In The Boq For This Line Item For Satisfactory Completion Of The Specified Sow . Payment Will Be Made At Actuals On Not Exceeding Quoted Cost Of This Serial ( 10 ) Against Third Party/Oem Invoice .

8	8	REMOVE THE DISTRIBUTION PANEL FROM SHIP AND TAKE TO SHIPYARD SHOP FLOOR FOR CALIBRATION. ALL TALLEY, COMPONENTS AND CABLE TO BE REMOVED FROM DISTRIBUTION PANEL AND DISTRIBUTION PANEL BODY TO BE PAINTED INCLUDING PROCURING OF PAINT. FIT THE DISTRIBUTION PANEL IN SHIP WITH EARTHING STRAP AND PROVE THE SYSTEM. \nNOTE:- HATS/SATS SCHEDULE TO BE OBTAINED FROM OEM AND APPROVAL OF THE SAME TO BE TAKEN FROM NAVY. OBSERVATIONS / DEFECTS OBSERVED TO BE LIQUIDATED AND TRIALS TO BE REOFFERED TO NAVAL TRIAL AGENCIES. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 1 to 9 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW.
