Supply and fixing of new parts including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging glueing, providing hinges, placing every part intact as required with standard work manship and as shown on drawings and as specified. (b) All furniture items finished with painting / polishing only after making the entire item in tact by tightening the joints. (c) Work shall be executed in side BS yard only . (d) All timber shall be 1st class well seasoned hard teak wood free from knots and cracks. \n(e) Ply wood shall be BWR grade , type AA of approved make/ brand and shall conform to IS-303.\n(f) All other material to be incorporated in the work shall be of latest Indian Standard Specification.\n(g) Anti-termite and anti-bug treatment shall be done before painting / polishing the wooden furniture. \nThe quoted rates for all items shall be deemed to be included for all the above provisions and conditions. 210 Each Chair
