(a) Dismantling and taking down the propeller shaft complete for replacement of following unserviceable items including reassembling the same :-\n (i) UJ Cross -01 Nos (ii) Central bearing -01 Nos\n(b) Servicing of veh by replace the following items incl oiling and greasing of all the moving parts and washing of vehicle complete:-\n (i) Eng Oil- 6.5 Ltr (ii) Engine Oil Filter -01 Nos (iii) Fuel filter A -01 Nos \n (iv) Fuel Filter B -01 Nos (v) Toping up of power stearing Oil -0.300Ltr \n (vi) Toping up of Hydraulic Oil -0.500Ltr \n (vii) Air filter element and switch indicator\n(c) Opening of Battery, taking out unservice parts and replacement of defective parts with new parts as under including charging-01 Job\n (i) Battery Terminal brass -02 Nos (ii) Battery lead -01 Nos\n(d) Dismantling the rod spring assy and retempering, rod spring bush changing and refixing Complete incl replacement of Tie end rod, bushes, nut bolt and wheel alignment etc . \n(e) Dismantling the FIP from the vehicle and opening the pump, replacing the pump kit, removing the engine nozzle, reconditioning pressure, overhauling and assembling the calibrated FIP and pump fixing back to engine and testing complete. \n(f) Removing the self starter from the vehicle, overhauling complete including replacement of following unserviceable items, refixing and complete testing:-\n (i) Carbon Brush -04Nos(ii) Gun metal Bush-01 Nos (iii) Self starter fan belt -01 Nos \n (iv) Hydraulic pump fan belt -01 Nos (v) Hydraulic system pipe -01 Nos (vi) Solenoid switch assy -01 Nos\n(g) Opening of Battery, taking out unservice parts and replacement of defective parts with new parts as under including charging-01 Job\n (i) Front head light assy with bulb- 1 Nos (ii) Back light bulb- 1 Nos \n (iii) Iginition switch- 1 Nos (iv) Parking light - 1 Nos
