    Hiring Of Car And Seven Seater For Supply At Kochi For Nsry , Hiring Of Car And Seven Seater For Supply At Kochi For NsrySpecial Condition Of Contract The Followings: , A ) The Vendor Should Supply The Vehicles At Nsry ( Kochi ) . , B ) The Vendor Should Deploy Vehicles On All The Days ( Including Sundays / Holidays ) As Per The Requirement Projected By User . , C ) The Vendor Shall Run The Vehicles As Per The Timings Stipulated By The User . , D ) The Vendor Shall Confirm To Run The Vehicle In Accordance With The Local Rta Rules . , E ) All Cabs To Be Registered As Tourist Cab . , F ) The Vehicles Should Not Be More Than 3 Yrs . Old At The Commencement Of Contract . , G ) Vehicle Should Have Valid Registration Certificate With Local Rta Permit , Insurance Certificate , Pollution Certificate Etc . , H ) Pvc And Adhaar Number Is Must For Drivers Along With Driving Licence Issued By Rta . , I ) The Rate Quoted Shall Include Fuel , Driver Charges , Road Tax , Insurance Etc . , J ) In Circumstances Where The Vehicle Is Involved In Accident Causing Damage /Loss To Property / Life Of Driver , Passenger And The Third Party , The Responsibility For Any Legal Or Financial Implication Shall Be The Responsibility Of Vendor And Hsl Has No Liability Whatsoever In This Regard . , Supply Of One Car For 15Hrs Or 150Km/Day , Supply Of One Seven Seater For 15Hrs Or 150Km/Day
