Description:- Supply of 65mm size stone ballast (Machine crushed) for permanent way (P.Way) as per Railway\rrevised specification in stacks along the tracks/in the yard including all leads, lift, royalties, taxes etc. complete.\rAlong the track or on cess or in the yard or as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. NOTE : 1.Specification of\rballast of track is attached with Tender Documents. 2.The location of site for supply of ballast, quantities of ballast\rand stacks along the track as per direction by the Site Engineer according to the site condition and requirement\rfor which claim of contractor will not be accepted. 3.Roads of approaches at site & plots shall be prepared by the\rcontractor, no extra payment shall be made. 4.Before supplying the ballast on the plots, the contractor shall give\ra written the correctness certificate and satisfaction for the plots by the PWI in-charge at site. 5.The plots shall be\rprepared by the contractor in the direction of PWI in-charge at site. 6.The contractor shall quote his/their one rate\rboth in figures and words in the Tender Schedule for per Cum. 7.The plot shall be clear all words, bushes,\rboulder's, leveling filling earth work, if required. The cost of which shall be deemed to included by the contractor\rin the quoted rate and nothing extra payment shall be paid. 8.Recovery of royalties will be made as per latest\rcircular, circulated by Rajasthan State Govt. in connection with final or running bill of total contract (Amount).
