    Supply Of Double Storey Living Shelter ( Excluding Construction Materials ) . , Double Storey Puf Insulated Prefab Modular Shelter Of Size 16800Mm X 6100Mm Including 1550Mm Wide Verandah Will Be Constr Under The Job . The Wall Panels Will Be Made Of 60 Mm Thick 40 Kg / M3 Density Puf Insulation Between 0 . 5 Mm Thick Pre Coated Galvanized Iron Sheet On Both Sides . The Puf Panels Shall Further Be Reinforced With 25 X 25X 4 Mm Ms Hollow Sections Placed At 600Mm Spacing . The Panels Will Have Adequate Arrangements ( With Channels ) For Joining The Panels . The Roofing Of The Structure Will Be With Pre- Painted Gi Trapezoid Profile Sheets Of 0 . 60Mm Thickness Green Colour / Camouflage Pattern Fixed With Stsd Screws . The Sheets Shall Be Laid With A Minimum Overlap Of 200Mm At Ends And Two Ridges Of Corrugation On Each Side . False Ceiling , Windows And Doors Will Be Provided As Per Drg & Specification Given . All Steel Surfaces Should Be Painted With Two Coats Of Synthetic Enamel Paint Over One Coat Of Red Oxide . The Rate Includes Complete Structure Nuts , Bolts Including Electrification , Construction Materials , Lightening Conductor , Kero Heater , Accessories & Erection Tools With Isi Mark .
