| 1 | The following repairs works will be carried out to the VEHICLE TATA MOBILE BA NO 06C 08009K OF GE PROJECT NAVY VISAKHAPATNAM\n\n(a) Removing the unserviceable mud guard (04 Nos) and fixing the new muyd guard in place of old - 01 Job\n\n(b) Removing old corroded front bumper board and replacing the same with tinkering works at all the places where rusted out including addition of 3mm thick GI sheets were ever worn out all as shown and including all mounting such as rubber bushes, welding works and completes all the fixing arrangements - 01 Job\n\n(c) Dismantling the flooring side body sheet for replacement of rusted sheet making to shape, tinkerin g and painting - 01 Job.\n\n(d) Carefully checking of all electrical wiring, battery terminal fuses and replaces old damaged wiring with new wire with proper soldering and necessary connections fixing the same - 01 Job\n\n(e) Tinkering/patch welding work with addition to metal sheet or pipes with two coats of primer and one coat of paint as required - 01 Job.\n\n(f) Complete fabrication i.e tinkering works at all the places where rusted out including addition of 3mm thick GI sheets were ever worn out all as shown and welding works on the tail board - 01 Job.\n\n(g) Full painting of the veh with two coats of approved shade as existing over one coat of primer complete - 01 Job\n\n(h) Testing and commiussioning of the vehicle after repair including wheel rotation and road trail of the vehicle completely after completeion of above jobs - 01 Job.\n\n | 1 | JOB |
