12 12 Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) \n(a) In foundation and plinth 31 Cum.
13 13 Providing and laying nominal mix cement concrete (with mix proportion 1:1.5:3) / M-20 grade with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm of Pakur or others approved variety including screening and cleaning of aggregates if necessary, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, compacting by vibrator or other suitable means, cost of curing with water, cost of quality control, sampling, testing etc. and including placing a separation membrane of impermeable PVC sheet 125 micron thick transparent or white in colour laid flat with minimum creses. before placing the separation membrane, the sub-base shall be swept clean of all the extraneous materials. Wherever overlap of plastic sheet is necessary, the same shall be at least 300 mm and any dmaged sheathing shall be replaced at the contractor's cost.
