Require consultancy services for designing of Clean room facilities class 1000 (1K) in the existing building of size (LxBxH) 15m x 10.925m x 3.65m at Dhar Road Udhampur with the following specifications :-\n(a) The clean room should be able to maintain 24 degree C+ 4% with relative humidity 50% + 5% and 90 to 180 air changes per hour. Electrical load, equipment load and other conditions of the room including occupancy, working hours etc are given in the user's data sheet. Water cooled scroll chiller having branded four Nos scroll compressors per mechine with necessary controls, shell & tube type evaporator and condensers, microprocessor controls panel complete in all respects, factory fitted of minimum capacity 2 x 10.2 TR nominal (1 x 10.2 TR working + 1 x 10.2 TR standby) alongwith butterfly valves, balancing valve, ball valve, water flow switch, stem type thermometer and dail type pressure gauge all as required. Total Nos of compressor unit to be installed are two (one working and one as standby).
