    Tender Details

    supply of electrical machines lab - perform o.c. and s.c. test on a 1-phase transformer and to determine the parameters of its equivalent circuit its voltage regulation and efficiency, perform sumpners test on two identical 1-phase transformers and find their efficiency and parameters of the equivalent circuit, perform the heat run test on a delta/delta connected 3-phase transformer and determine the parameters for its equivalent circuit, perform the parallel operation of the transformer to obtain data to study the load sharing, separation of no load losses in single phase transformer, study conversion of three phase supply to two phase supply using scott connection, speed control of dc shunt motor by field current control method & plot curve for speed versus field current, curve for speed versus armature voltage, determina the efficiency at full load of dc shunt motor by performing swineburnes test, perform hopkinsons test on two similar dc shunt machines and hence obtain their efficiencies, study of various type of starters for induction motor, connect two phase induction motor, perform load test on 3-phase induction, perform no load and blocked rotor, plot occ and scc of an alternator, synchronization alternator across the infinite bus and control sharing, study effect of variation of field current upon the stator current and power factor of synchronous motor and plot v curves, speed control of induction motor, xq and xd of alternator, dc rectifier unit, common for both sem, electrical distribution and control panel, electrical safety demonstrator.
