Of Knives : 44 Nos Including Certificate To Be Produced , Millscop , General Terms And Conditions . , Dismantling Of All The 11 Nos Hubs From The Existing Leveller Assembly . , Machining The New Shaft Supplied By The Mills With Key Way Machining As Identical To The Old Shaft And Match The Hub , Bearing Area With Supplied Bearing Sleeve And Fly Wheel On Both Side Using Precision Lathe / Milling Machine With Standard Tolerance . , Hub Reconditioning - 11 Nos With Equal Weight Filling Up Of Metal In The Knife Fixing Area Of The Hub , Machining The Area To The Standard Dimension Using Latest Precision Lathe/Milling Machine - Existing Bolt Holes Are To Be Filled Up By Welding And Drilling Hole Sizes To Suit The Knives Supplied By The Mills . , Hard Facing Of The Hubs Using High Quality Electrodes . , All The Hubs Should Be Stress Relieved After Completing The Welding And Machining Works . , Assemble The Reconditioned Hubs To Shaft With Tight Fitting As Per Allowable Tolerance And Fixing The Fly Wheels On Both Sides . , Dynamic Balancing Of The Unit At The Rated Speed 590 Rpm
