4	3.01	Note for Itme No. 1 to 3:-\n(i) The work is to be carried out for improvement to existing water supply line and may be executed in piece meal / cut pieces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra will be admissible for making and maintaining required slope for supply of water.\n(ii) All tapping points shall be blocked by the contractor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\n(iii) The contractor shall be responsible for any damages caused to NHAI, BSNL, PGVCL or Municipal Corporation infrastructure and shall be made good to their satisfaction without any extra cost.
