Nature of work involved :-\n(a) Periodical inspection and maintenance of records thereof.\n(b) Periodical checking of earthing of HT Panels, GODs and maintaining records thereof\n(c) Operations of GODs and replacement of GOD fuses if required.\n(d) Operations of HT VCB's, GODs, battery bank and relays etc.\n(e) Maintaining of daily log sheet and record of Sub Stn\n(f) 3 Shift timing for shift duty (including reliever as required)\n 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (Ist Shift)\n 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (2nd Shift)\n 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs (3rd Shift)\nShift timings may be changed according to the requirement or as directed by Engineer in Charge\n3. Qualification of Electrician :- Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering or ITI in electrician trade with 2 years experience in operating/ maintaining of HT Panel/machineries.\n4. Contractor's staff should politely attend telephone if any and register electric complaint in complaint register and submit the same daily at 0830 hrs to JE in charge for distribution of complaints\n | |||

Contractor shall also be responsible for the following :-\n(a) To carryout cleaning of Sub Stn building inside/outside area by cutting/removing seasonal grass, bushes etc and keep installation daily in presentable condition.\n(b) Maintain daily log sheet hour wise duly completed in all respect and shall be deposited in AGE E/M-I office at the end of every month.\n(c) Contractor shall provide all the assistance, Safety Equipments and tools required for proper maintenance of Sub Stn which is deemed to be included in quoted rate, attending the rectification of break down of OH lines in HT/LT feeder complete area including replacement of blown out HT/LT fuses.\n(d) Attending and rectification of break down of HT receiving lines/distribution HT/LT feeder in respective area including replacement of blown out HT/LT fuses. The material required for maintenance will be provided by Deptt as per nature of complaint.\n(e) Contractor shall submit the educational qualification document, experience certificate, residential and police verification before employing the staff.\n(f) Any damage to the the Installation or Part of Installation due to negligence or Wrong Workmanship will be rectified by Contractor without any Extra Cost. \n | |||
| 15 | 6 | Note:- The rate quoted shall be above the minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher. In case the rates quoted are less than or equal to the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher, such tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/bonafide bids only.\n |
