33 11.22 Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Power Generation Plant ground mounted, grid connected complete comprises of the following :-\n(a) Solar PV modules to meet cumulative rated capacity of 1 MWp at STOC. Modules will be of Poly Crystalline type (cells also made in india) with 72 cells and minimum rating of 315 Wp with positive tolerance, same make and model made in India only, with minimum 1000 mm cable length and glass thickness of PV Modules shall be minimum 3.2 mm. Module efficiency >15.8%, fill factor>0.7, module will be free of PID, module connector suitable for MC4/Bizlink and jucntion box with minmimum IP 67 rating. Module NOCT will be 45±°C with temperature coefficient of power <0.4%/°C, and will be suitable for operation from -20°C to +60°C ambient temperature. Modules will be combined to make array & string of panels to maximize power output along with supply and installation of necessary accessories like fuses, array/string junction box etc., Modules will be certified for relevant dust standards (Applicable standard would be IEC 60068-2-68). Modules shall be deployed with RF id tag inside lamination as per MNRE guidelines. Guranteed electrical degradation of power generated not exceeding 20% of the minimum rated power over the 25 year period and not more than 10% after ten years period of the full rated original output. 34 11.23 (b) Design, supply, fabricate and fixed tilt module mounting structure hot dipped galvanised mild steel with coating not less than 85 microns and suitable to withstand wind speed upto 150 km/hour and electrolytically compatible channels, bracing purlins of any size, electromagnetic washers, nuts, bolts including cutting, drilling etc.The design should be as per IS code and suitable for the wind speed (as per Wind Zone with correction of wind load at solar panel instalation height) , sun light and climatic condition of the plant loaction. Module Ground Clearance shall be 500mm ± 100mm. The design life should be more than 25 years and minimum yield strength of steel should be minimum 345 MPA and connecting plates yield strength shall be >250 MPA. Properties of RHS will conform to IS 4923:1997. HDG Fasteners of 4.6 grade and 8.8 grade for Structure. The structure should be suitable for easy removing and refixing / replacing of PV modules of the Solar Plant. 35 11.24 (c) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of grid tied 3 phase inverter outdoor type of with minimum IP 65 rating, with 50 KW rated capacity maximum output upto 50 KW or more at 50°C ambient temperature. Minimum European efficiency of the inverter shall be 98% load as per IEC-61683 standard for measuring efficiency. Maximum DC input voltage shall be 1000 V and inverter supplied shall have upto 10% additional DC input capacity. 55 12.01 (c) Contractor shall also be responsible for the discipline & integrity of staff deployed and shall be responsible for any lapse.\n(d) Contractor shall provide all the assistance/labour to meet break down as and when needed be deemed to be included in the rate quoted above. \n(e) Contactor will arrange own conveyance and communication system like mobile etc for complete solar power plant with minor consumable and expandable items and labour and tools for smooth and efficient operation round the clock for electrician for each shift for better communication. \n(f) Staff employed should be able to operate and use all safety equipments.
