Description:- Design, manufacture and supply of the following including all fasteners and fixtures for B.G track\r(UIC 60 Kg HH) in accordance with Procedure for Safety Certification and Technical Clearance of Metro Systems\rDecember2015issuedbyUrbanTransport&HighSpeedDirectorate,ResearchDesign&Standard\rOrganisation, Manak Nagar, Lucknow-226011, Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India (as amended latest) at site of\rlaying & as per discretion of Engineer. The cost of weldable Rail (60 E1) forged at the end of Switch Rail &\rcrossing is included in the rate. The rate also includes all labour, materials, tools and plants, transportation,\rlowering, lifting, crossing of track/ lines, taxes etc. complete. Note (for Schedule-A): Payment Conditions: (1) 90%\rpayment shall be made on receipt, acceptance, accountal and taking into custody of complete materials. The\rinvoices shall be accompanied by the following: (a) Supplier's challan and manufacturer's challan. (b) Inspection\rcertificate issued by Employer's/Engineer's nominated inspecting agency. (c) Quality Assurance documents. (d)\rIndemnitybondforentirecostofmaterialsupply.(2)Theremaining10%paymentshallbemadeafter\rcommissioning of the portion of the work or handing over of the material to the Railway's Representative, required\rfor maintenance purposes.

Note (for Schedule-A): Payment Conditions: (1)\r90% payment shall be made on receipt, acceptance, accountal and taking into custody of complete materials.\rThe invoices shall be accompaniedbythefollowing: (a)Supplier's challan andmanufacturer'schallan.(b)\rInspectioncertificateissuedbyEmployer's/Engineer'snominatedinspectingagency.(c)QualityAssurance\rdocuments.
