3 Description:- Modification\rofexisting OFF-GRID 10 KWP Solar Power plant into ON-GRID connected solar\rpowergeneratingsystemcompletewithallmaterialasperspec. &in workingconditionwithneccesary\rprotections & accessories :- This modification includes Supply,fixing,testing & commisioning work as follows : (i)\rthree phase ,415 Volt AC,50 Hz, 10KWP capacity ON-GRID solar Inverter. Inverter should be capable to convert\rDC power of solar PV Module to grid compatible AC Power.The inverter should be incorporated with MPPT\rTechnology. InvertershouldhaveTHDlessthan3% tosynchronizewithlocalgrid withreversepolarity\rprotection. The efficiency of the Inverter shall not be less than 92%, DC voltage ripple content shall not be more\rthan 3%. The Inverter shall be designed based on Pulse width modulation (PWM) by using IGBT. The inverter\rshall be capable of complete Automatic operation, including wake-up synchronization and shut down, in case of\rphase locked condition it should be synchronized automatically.The protection system shall have over voltage\rand over current protection in both case in input and output, Over/under frequency, over temp., short circuit\rprotection against Lighting Surge Voltage.Protection degree IP 65 for outdoor & IP 54 for indoor use. Safety\rcompliance should be as per IEC 62109-1,62109-2. The array to inverter voltage drop shall be less than 3% at\rthetimeofmaximumcurrentoutputofthearray.TheInverterperformanceandgenerationdatashallbe\rrecorded using a data logger.The entire system shall be operated and monitor via RS 232/RS 485 modem, GSM\rmodem, optional Wi-Fi in addition to the information indicated on the operator panel. (iv) DCDB:- DC distribution board shall be of themoplastic IP 65\rcomprising of 2 pole DC Circuit breaker as per load requirement ,DC Voltmeter and DC Ammeter, Copper bus\rbars,DC Surge protection device class 2 as per IEC, cable terminals etc (v) ACDB:- AC Distribution board shall be\rof themoplastic IP 65 comprising of 4 pole MCCB as per connected load capacity ,AC Surge protection device\rclass 2 as per IEC ,cable terminals etc. (vi) Solar generation meter (Kwh) to measure gross solar AC energy\rproduction. (vii) Lightining aresstor,AC & DC Earthing complete as per standard & requirement. Any other items\ras per site & work related requirement like DC copper Cable of proper rating , DC fuse box , solar array fuses,\rjunction box, UV Stabilised PVC conduit pipe, Earthing strip, cable tray with lid ,painting etc. work related to the\rJOB shall be supplied & fix by contractor . AC L T Cable will be supply by railways & laying will be done by\rcontractor.Thenetmeteringprocedurewillbedoneby railwaysincludingbidirectionalserviceconnection\rmeter.The completemodifiaction workshould be satisfactory as per site incharge.The release material should\rhand over to the store of concerned site incharge.
