Inway Job Includes:- ( A ) Dismantling Of Ac No . 2 Compressor By De-Brazing Of Suction And Discharge Port Connection Unions . ( B ) Suction And Discharge Port Unions Of New Compressors To Be Brazed With 50% Silver Brazing Rod . ( C ) New Teflon Ring Seat To Be Placed In Suction And Discharge For Ac No . 2 Compressor . ( D ) All Freon System To Be Pressurized With Nitrogen Gas And Check For Any Leakage . ( E ) 20 Kg Freon Gas ( R404a ) And 10 Ltr Compressor Oil ( Poe160sz ) To Be Charged ( Both Available Onboard ) . Post Fitment Complete Ac System To Be Proved For Optimum Performance .

    1 C-424/E-019 : One in no new sealed compressor to be fitted in AC system. (Make-Emersion Electric Ltd, Thailand, Serial-16c1561MT, model-ZB95KQE-TFD-551). Inway job includes:- (a) Dismantling of AC No. 2 compressor by de-brazing of suction and discharge port connection unions.\n(b) Suction and discharge port unions of new compressors to be brazed with 50% silver brazing rod.\n(c) New Teflon ring seat to be placed in suction and discharge for AC no. 2 compressor.\n(d) All Freon system to be pressurized with nitrogen gas and check for any leakage.\n(e) 20 Kg Freon gas (R404A) and 10 Ltr compressor oil (POE160SZ) to be charged (both available onboard).
