Outsourcing Of Br And Em Services At Bengdubi Mil Station Under Ge Bengdubi ( 2Nd Call ) Outsourcing Of Br And Em Services At Bengdubi Mil Station Under Ge Bengdubi ( 2Nd Call ) , Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Services By Attending Day To Day Complaints ( E/M ) & ( B/R ) ( Except The Complaint Incuded In Item No 2 Of Boq ) In Livable And Workable Hygenic Condition Perfectally In Order Through Out The Period Of Contract And Petty Repairs Requiring Immediate Attention For Maintenance And Up Keeping Of Md & Otm Accommodation Buildings ( Refer Appx A ) On All Working Days Except Sundays And Holidays Alongwith All Necessary Tools And Plants Complete As Per Requirement Enumerated In Particular Specifications And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge With Deployment Of Requisite Tradesmen In Single ( Day ) Shift Of 08 Hours . Notes :- 1 . Material/Item Required For Repair/Replacement Will Be Issued Under Sch `B As Free For Fixing . 2 . Apart From Attending The Complaints During The Shift , The Services For Registering And Attending Emergency Complaints Received During Non-Working Hours Shall Also Be Provided . 3 . In Case Extra Manpower Is Required To Achieve The Required Efficacy , The Same Will Be Provided By The Contractor Without Any Extra Cost To Govt . 4 The Contractor Is Deemed To Have Inspected/Visited The Premises/Offices/ Area Included In The Scope Of Work To Ascertain The Actual Quantum Of Work Involved . No Claim For Any Misunderstanding Regarding Exact Scope & Nature Of Work Involved Shall Be Admissible 5 . Necessary T&P , Equipment And Safety Gear Shall Be Provided By The Contractor . AndMaking Arrangement For Establishment Of Centralized Complaint Centre In The Existing Building As Under :- ( A ) Infrastructure Required In Complaint Cell I . E . Telephone , Furniture , Stationary , Transport And Other Necessary Items/Materials To Establish A New Complaint Centre Able To Receive And Manage Complaints From The Users By All Means Ie Manual Complaint Mechanism , Telephonic Complaints Mechanism , Sms Complaint Mechanism And E-Mail Complaint Mechanism And To Maintain A Consolidated List Of Complaints And Its Redressal Mode Indicating All Its Relevant Data . ( B ) Computer Data Operator Shall Be Able To Manage All The Necessary Activities And Having Qualification 10 + 2 Passed In Any Discipline With Minimum One Year Certificate Course Of Computer Applications ( From A Govt Recognized Institute ) , In The Shift . ( C ) Provision And Maintenance Of All Tools , Plants , Equipment And Safely Gear Required For Tradesmen Under This Contract ( D ) Provision Of Communication Facilities To Supervisor And Tradesmen . ( E ) Monitoring And Management Of Complaints Report From Generation To Redressal Of Complaint Including Pending Complaints . , ( F ) Updating Status Of Lodged Complaints Before Change Of Eight Hour Shift . ( G ) Provision Of Conveyance For Deployment To All Tradesmen Under This Contract . ( H ) Basic Inputs To Be Noted From The Complainants Will Be Locality , Building No , Qtr No , Name And Rank Of Complaint And Exact Nature Of Complaint And Mobile No/ Telephone No . ( J ) On Lodging The Complaint , The Complaint No Will Be Assigned For Reference . Also System Shall Indicate An Approximate Time For Repairs . Accordingly A Corresponding Complaint Slip Shall Be Generated By The System With All Relevant Info . Complaint Slip Shall Be Printed In Triplicate And Shall Be Handed Over Immediately To Supervisor Who Shall Detail Appropriate Tradesmen For Repair With Required Materials/Store . One Copy Of Complaint Shall Be Retained In Complaint Centre And Two Copies With Tradesmen . ( K ) On Both Copies Of Complaint Slip , Status Of The Complaint Attended Shall Be Endorsed By The Complaint/User . One Copy Shall Be Retained By The Complainant And Second Copy Shall Be With Tradesmen For Handing Over In The Complaint Centre . Reasons For Non Attending Of Complaint Etc Shall Be Recorded Alongwith Estimate Of Expected Time To Attend And Rectifying The Complaint . ( L ) At The End Of Each Day , Summary Of Complaints Shall Be Prepared And Generated Indicating No Of Complaints Lodged , Attended In Time , Reasons For Not Attending , Probable Time Required For Attending The Pending Complaints Etc ( M ) Je Incharge Of Mes Will Review The Complaints Recorded In The System Daily And Will Carry Out Personal Inspection Of Complaints Attended And Its Status And Will Take Remedial Measures In This Regard . ( N ) Age Will Visit The Complaint Cell At Least Thrice A Week And Ge At Least Once A Weak To Check The Efficiency Of The System And Record Their Remarks Accordingly . Note:- Contractor Shall Also Be Responsible For Followings :- ( I ) Installation Of Telephone Connection With Internet Broadband Facility , Obtaining Sim Cards For Mobile Phones For Supervisor And Workers , Deployed By The Contractor . ( Ii ) Implementation Of Bio-Metric System For Attendance Of Supervisors And Workers , Deployed By The Contractor . ( Iii ) Provision Of Cctv Camera With Hd Recording For One Month Storage . ( Iv ) Payment Of Telephone Bills , Internet Charges , Mobile Bills , Cctv Recording Expenses Etc Shall Be Borne By The Contractor And No Claim Whatsoever On This Account Will Be Admissible By The Department . , Providing Services To Attend Day To Day Complaints Pertaining To Different Type Of Sewerage Work Including Cleaning Of Bottle Traps , Gully Traps , Nahani Traps , `P Or `S Traps Of Wc , Removing Of Blockage And Cleaning Of Sewage Line From Nahani Trap/ Floor Trap To Gully Trap , From Gully Trap To First Manhole And Further At Any Location/Main Sewage Line And Making Flow For Sewage Functional With Manual/Pressure Cleaning Pumps And Flexible Rods And Other Necessary Tools And Equipment For Md & Otm Accn Buildings ( Refer Appx A ) To Have Livable And Workable Hygenic Condition Perfectally Through Out The Period Of Contract On All Working Days ( Except Sundays & Gazetted Holidays ) All As Specified In Particular Specifications And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge With Deployment Of Requisite Safiwalas In Single Day Shift Of 08 Hours .
