Scope of Work:-\na) Erection of the canopy of SS pipes, already supplied by the vendor, to fabricate the walls and roofing covering the area of two parts of the clean room space identified. The total covered area is around 700 Sq. ft.\nb) Cladding of the walls with Perspex like Material Already supplied by the vendor to meet the requirements.\nc) Fixing of the roof leaving cut outs for fixing fan filter units supplied by the vendor. These units with filter should be facing downward. The top of the unit will be connected to the duct running in the plenum - Space between the false ceiling of the existing room and the roof top of the SS canopy. In order to do it properly, the false ceiling of the existing room should be ready with proper fixturing.\nd) Laying out of the ducting supplied by the vendor for providing connection to each fan filter unit on one end and the other end should be connected to the AC plant provided already via a flexible ducting to absorb vibration.\ne) Laying of the electrical connections for LED lighting provided in the ceiling of the canopy.\nf) Laying out of the return duct with louver for controlling the pressure in the clean room.\ng) Fixing of two Air Shower Units supplied as complete Units. Only Placement and connections for electrical supply are to be seen as per drawing provided.\nh) Placement and electrical connections to be provided to 6 Units of class 100 clean room benches supplied in finished form.\ni) Placement and Fixing of chemical bench in one corner after providing the PVC outlet for drainage from the bench............continue in next row........

j) Making SS frame housing for fixing the AC and humidity control unit on the roof top which will be connected to the network of ducting as given in the diagram.\nk) Once the installation of the canopy is complete, the antistatic PVC tiles will be fixed on the flooring to make the floor clean and free of the electrostatics charge. A firm in Delhi was contacted and they have submitted a quote for doing the complete job of fixing the tiles based on our area to be covered.\nl) Testing of leakage etc. by running the unit and measuring the dust count and air velocity flow in the clean area as well as under the six units of the clean air benches.\nm) Construction and fixing of SS frame access to do some maintenance work on C and Dehumidifier Unit from outside without disturbing the clean room enclosure.\nn) Fixing of Man Entrance provided by the vendor entry to the clean room.\no) Fixing of growing cabinet and sitting space for the In Charge clean Room Operation.\np) Any other petty work to be decided during installation as and when found necessary to be added in consultation with the contractor. \n

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT/AGGREMENT \n1. Scope of work includes complete Fabrication, Fitting, Testing and Commissioning work of clean room hence Contractor/Firms are advised to visit the site before quoting their rates looking at execution of work at 2nd floor. \n\n2. Rates quoted by Contractor/Firms must be inclusive of all taxes, lowering & lifting charges i.e. complete in all respect no other charges will be paid to the contractor.\n\n3. All technical bids will be examined by the respective committee & after qualification of their technical bids, financial bids will be opened.\n\n4. The work shall be allotted to the lowest quoted firm/Contractor L1.\n\n5. Payment Condition:- Payment to the contractor shall be released after verification of his bill by the respective committee however 10% security shall be deducted from the each & every bill of the contractor which will be released after Defect liability period which will be 6 months after completion of the work in all respect. \n
