    Supply Of , Hbs Ag (Elisa)Per Pack Of 96 Test) Rate To Be Quoted Per Test Basis 1. The Kit Specificity Should Be More Than 99%. 2. The Hbsag Analytical Sensitivity Should Be Less Than 60 Pg/Ml And /Or Less Than 0.050 Iu/Ml. 3.The Kit Should Be Able To Detect All Known Subtypes Like Ayw 1, Ayw 2, Ayw 3, Ayw 4, Ayw 5,Ayr, Adw 2,Adw 4,Adr And Other Mutant Strains. 4. All Reagents Including Substrates Should Be Colour Coded With Od Norms For Reagent Addition Verification On Automation As Well Manual Procedure And There Should Be Prominent And Perceptible Colour Change On Addition Of Samples And/Or Reagents In The Wells In Each And Every Step. Sensitivity Should Be 100% 5. Kit Should Have Monoclonal Antibodies On Solid Phase And Combination Of Monoclonal Antibodies And Polyclonal Antibodies In The Conjugate To Enable Best Coverage Of All Subtypes. 6. Required Sample Volume Should Not Be More Than 100 Micro Ltr. 7. Kit Should Be Able To Detect The Presence Of Hbsag In The Sample Within 4-5 Days Of Infection, I.E. Detectable Within The Window Period Of 4-5 Days. 8. The Total Incubation Period For The Entire Procedure Should Not Be More Than 2 Hours. 9. Working Substrate Should Be Stable For At Least 5 Hours. 10. Stop Solution Must Be Provided With The Kit Pack. [Item Code No S60027 , Sl No 565]
