    Procurement Of Digital Recorder For Testing Of Vod Of Explosives And Accessories , Please Fill Up Gst Registraion No . , Digital Recorder For Vod . 1 ) Battery Operated , Handheld , Microcontroller Based Timing Unit . 2 ) Should Have High Speed Clock To Take One Sample Every 0 . 1 Micro Second . 3 ) The Accuracy Of High Precision Timer Should Be 0 . 1 Micro Second . 4 ) The Unit Should Be Hand Held Type With Dust Roof Enclosure . 5 ) The Unit Should Display Test Results Immediately On The Built In Lcd/Led/Oled Display . 6 ) It Should Have Internal Nonvolatile Memory To Allow The Results To Be Saved For Review Or Downloading To A Personal Computer . 7 ) The Unit Should Have Two Input Channels , One For Start The Timer And One To Stop The Timer With Sensor Firmware . 8 ) Suitable Cable / Wires Of Minimum 100M Length For The Start And Stop Sensors Should Be Provided . 9 ) The Manufacture Should Be Able To Deliver Sensors Compatible With Firmware . 10 ) The Manufacturer Should Have Servicing , Repair And Calibration Facility In India . 11 ) The Unit Should Be Tested By Any Of The Govt .
