1 | 1 | Providing services of qualified tradesman (Lift Operator) in the following areas for operation of Elevators (Passenger/ Goods), auto door stop complete with traction motor, automatic rescue device, voltage stabilizer, emergency light, emergency alarm, intercom, fireman drive, blower fan and rescue operation in case of emergency, in multistoried bldg for one shift of eight hour duty. \n Note :-\n(i) Per job means one shift of 8 hrs duty including Sunday and hoildays. \n(ii) The contractor shall employ skilled lift operator for operation of lifts as directed.\n(iii) The tradesman shall report at Service Centre / JE In-Charge on or before commencement of each shift.\n(iv) The contractor shall prepare duty roster well in advance and got it approved by Engineer-\nin-Charge and one copy of the roster shall be displayed in the notice board of the building with mobile number of the lift operator\n(v) Consumable items such as cotton waste, perfumes/ sprays (Air refreshner) etc shall deem to include the rate quoted.\n(vi) The tradesman shall be well qualified and ITI certificate holder from Govt recognised institute and having one year experience in lift operating and have to wear protective clothing of Terri Cotton colour uniform as per standing order / instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.\n(vii) The stationery required to maintain log sheets, attendance registers and other registers as required shall be procured by the contractor as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same.\n(viii) The lift operator shall always present in the premises of Lifts in duty time and operate the lift as and when required and rescue in case of somebody struck inside the lift. \n(ix) The lift operator should keep the cabin / machine room and machine room entrance in neat and clean. The rate quoted is deemed to be included for the same.\n | |||
2 | 1.01 | (x) Lift operator should be provided in shifts for working in both the premises ie, SMA Rameswaram and INS Dronacharya as per the following schedules and shifts. \n(xi) Attendence of the lift operators will also be lodged through BIO METRIC Machine and the same will be provided and fixed in both premises nearby MES formation at Entry/ Exit of the main gate of SMA Rameswaram and INS Dronacharya. The cost of providing and fixing BIO METRIC Machine shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates. Printout sheet of the attendence sheet lodged through BIO METRIC Machine should also be attached along with each RAR / claim. \n(xii) PENAL RECOVERY\n(a) If the lift operator is found absent at duty place, penal recovery at two times the quoted rate per tradesman/ per operator shall be affected from the contractor.\n(b) If the lift operator present on duty is not in proper dress / uniform, the deduction of wages shall be Rs. 400/- per day for each operator.\n(c) If the lift operator have not cleaned the lift cabin/ machine room, the deduction of wages shall be Rs. 300/- per day for each lift cabin / machine room.\n | |||
