( Vi ) Additional Man Power Shall Be Provided / Arranged By The Contractor If Required In Case Of Emergency Work . ( Vii ) All The Tradesman Shall Be Individual Esic/ Group Insurance For A Year , Each Tradesmen Provident Fund Receipt Of Each Month , Payment Transaction Of Every Month , Duty Roaster Of Each Installation . (iii) For Item No. 5 :- 8 hrs period will be considered as a day , equipment shall be operated in one shift of 08 hrs each i.e. from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs, or as directed by Engineer - in - Charge . \n(iv) FGM/ Electrician shall have minimum ITI qualification / 3 years experience. (v) Contractor shall provide mobile phone to FGM deployed at all installations for the round the clock communications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Additional man power shall be provided / arranged by the contractor if required in case of emergency work. \n(vii) All the tradesman shall be individual ESIC/ Group insurance for a year, each tradesmen Provident Fund receipt of each month, payment transaction of every month, duty roaster of each installation. The all certificate/ receipt shall be kept in record/submitted to each RAR payment.\n(viii) Tradesman should wear properly uniform and name plate / badge. \n(ix) Contractor shall provide all the required safety equipments to his staff while on duty/attending complaints (x) Contactor will provide required printed stationary (i.e. Log sheet, Attendance register , Complaint slips, etc ) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge to maintain record shifts at all the installations. \n(xi) T&P items , minor spares and safety equipments i.e. Grease, cotton waste, Teflon tape etc shall be included in the quoted rate.
