Chip And Remove The Entire Inside Brick Lining Of Shell And Bottom Plate Of Adt And Entire Brick Lining Of Pump Tank . Grillage Beams And Pillars Inside Adt Shall Also Be Chipped And Removed . The Chipped And Removed Bricks Shall Be Collected And Transported To Scrap Yard And After Weighing . Removal Of Brick Lining Shall Be As Per Site Instructions Only . Cut And Dismantle Part By Part Entire Roof , Shell , Structural Platforms , Stairways , Bottom Plates , Internal Tube Sheets , Cast Iron Trays , Spray Tubes , Demister Pads And Their Supports , Pump Tank And Platforms , Ci / Ss / Ms Pipelines And Ducts In Association With Decommissioned Adt And Pump Tank . Removal Of Rhepanol Lining Is Also In The Contractors Scope . Cutting And Dismantling Shall Be Executed As Per The Instructions From Site In Charge . Bottom Plate Shall Be Cleared Completely From The Foundation . Any Pipelines ( Ci / Ss / Ms ) In Connection With The Adt Shall Be Dismantled As Per Instructions . Any Temporary Support Required For Dismantling Shall Be Done By The Contractor . The Dismantled Plates / Structures / Pipes Etc . Shall Be Transported To The Scrapyard After Weighing . Site Shall Be Cleared After Work And Any Left-Over Scrap Shall Be Shifted To Scrap Yard . All The Work Shall Be Done As Per The Instructions From Engineer- In-Charge .

Work Involves: Make required arrangements for the work. Arrange scaffolding inside the tower for removal of bricks. Chip and remove the entire inside brick lining of shell and bottom plate of ADT and entire brick lining of pump tank. Grillage beams and pillars inside ADT shall also be chipped and removed. The chipped and removed bricks shall be collected and transported to scrap yard and after weighing. Removal of brick lining shall be as per site instructions only. Cut and dismantle part by part entire roof, shell, structural platforms, stairways, bottom plates, internal tube sheets, cast iron trays, spray tubes, Demister pads and their supports, Pump tank and platforms, CI / SS / MS pipelines and ducts in association with decommissioned ADT and pump tank. Removal of Rhepanol lining is also in the contractor's scope. Cutting and dismantling shall be executed as per the instructions from site in charge. Bottom plate shall be cleared completely from the foundation. Any pipelines (CI / SS / MS) in connection with the ADT shall be dismantled as per instructions. Any temporary support required for dismantling shall be done by the contractor. The dismantled plates / structures / pipes etc. shall be transported to the scrapyard after weighing. Site shall be cleared after work and any left-over scrap shall be shifted to scrap yard. All the work shall be done as per the instructions from Engineer- in-charge.	CDM-S-REMOVEADT01	210	MT
