Maintenance And Operation Of Main Receiving Station ( Mrs ) And Ams Sub Stn At Stns Under Ge ( Af ) Chabua , Outsourcing Of Services For Maintenance And Operation Of 33Kv Main Receiving Station , Operating Vcbs Of Incoming And Outgoing Feeders Including Attending Of Emergency Break Down And For Operating Vcbs Complete All As Specified And As Directed . Operation To Be Carried Out All Working Days Including Sundays And Holidays . Contractor Shall Ensure Uninterrupted Services By Qualified/Experienced Individuals Round The Clock . The Details Of Operation Of Installations Comprising The Following Works :- ( A ) Operating Of Incoming/Outgoing Vcbs , Isolators With Connected Accessories/ Equipment As And When Required To Maintain The Smooth Running Of Electric Supply System As Well As Safe Guard Of Man/Operators And Materials . ( B ) If Load Shedding Is Required Based On Power Supply From Apdcl/Aseb , Operate The Outgoing Vcbs As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge . . ( C ) In Case Of Break Down , Shut Down Or Tripping Of Vcbs , Immediate Information To Engineer-In-Charge Shall Be Conveyed . ( D ) Operating Of Vcbs , Shut Down , Break Down Load Shading/ Unavailability Of Electric Supply Shall Be Recorded And Maintained Properly On Separate Register . ( E ) All The Documentation Such As Log Sheets , Daily Attendance Register Shall Maintain As Per Procedure In Vogue . ( F ) The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Keep The Installation Neat And Clean On Every Day And Cutting Of Grass In Side Fencing Whose Cost Elements Shall Deemed To Be Included In Quoted Rate Of This Item . ( G ) Contractor Shall Provide Proper Dress ( Uniform ) I . E . Overall Combination Including Ladder Shoes To Each Operator . , Outsourcing Of Services For Maintenance And Attending Ht Breakdown , Complaint In Technical And Domestic Area And Replacing Fuses/ Jumpers/ Insulators Etc Including Testing Of Overhead Lines And Ug Lines For Any Leakage Current By Meggaring Etc . Contractor Shall Ensure Uninterrupted Services By Qualified/Experienced Individuals For Minimum Of 16 Hours A Day As Per Schedule Decided By Engineer In Charge . , Outsourcing Of Services For Maintenance And Operation Of Atc Sub Station Incl Sundays And Holidays To Operate Dg Set Of 200 Kva - 01 No , 160 Kva - 01 No , Transformers , Lt/Amf Panels , Gods Etc In Case Of Failure Of Electricity Or As Directed To Provide Un-Interrupted Power Supply , Hourly Recording Of Lt Panel Readings , Break Downs , Shut Downs And Operating Of Capacitor Bank Vcbs To Maintain Power Factor And Attending The No Power Supply Complaints . Contractor Shall Ensure Uninterrupted Services By Qualified/Experienced Individuals Round The Clock As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge . , Outsourcing Of Services And Operation Of Ams Site Sub Stn For Operating Vcbs Of Incoming , Outgoing Feeders And Capacitor Banks To Maintain Required Power Factor Including Attending Of Emergency Break Down Round The Clock For Operating Vcbs Complete All As Specified & As Directed . Operation To Be Carried On All Working Days Including Sundays And Holidays . Contractor Shall Ensure Uninterrupted Services By Qualified/Experienced Individuals For Minimum Of 8 Hours A Day As Per Schedule Decided By Engineer In Charge . The Details Of Operation Of Installations Comprising The Following Works :- ( A ) Operating Of Incoming/Outgoing Vcbs , God With Do Fuse Etc As And When Required To Maintain The Smooth Running Of Electric Supply System As Well As Safe Guard Of Man And Materials . ( B ) Operating Of Capacitor Bank Vcbs To Maintain Power Factor As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge . ( D ) In Case Of Break Down , Shut Down Or Tripping Of Vcbs , Immediate Information To Engineer-In-Charge Shall Be Conveyed . ( E ) Operating Of Vcbs , Shut Down , Break Down Load Shading/ Unavailability Of Electric Supply Shall Be Recorded And Maintained Properly On Separate Register . ( F ) All The Documentation Such As Log Sheets , Daily Attendance Register Shall Maintain As Per Procedure In Vogue . , Notes For Item Nos . 1 To 4:- ( I ) Cleaning Of Sub-Station Premises ( Inside And Outside ) , Upto 6 M Of Installation Removing Debris , Grass Bushes And Vegetation Upto Required Standard Of Inspection Point Of View Daily Or As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge Is The Contractors Whose Cost Elements Shall Deemed To Be Included In Quoted Rate Of This Item . Responsibility . ( Ii ) The Contractor Is Responsible For Switching On/Off Of Near By Street Light Switches At All Installations As Applicable Of As Directed By Engr-In-Charge . ( Iii ) The Contractor Is Responsible To Replace Burnt Out Fuse . ( Contractor Will Arrange The Fuse Wire At His Own Expense Without Any Extra Cost To The Dept ) . ( Iv ) The Contractor Is Responsible To Repair For Any Minor Internal Defect As Required All As Specified And As Directed By Engr-In-Charge ( V ) Provision Of Protective Instruments Such As Earth Discharge Rod , Ht/Lt Hand Gloves , Suitable Capacity Of Led Torch/Focusing Light , Tools As Required For Carrying Out The Above Tasks . . Fuses , Jumpers , Grease , Petrolium Jelly , Cotton Waste Etc . As Required To Restore Supply And General Maintenance Of The Installation . However Major Item If Required During Maintenance Will Be Provided By The Department Free For Fixing Under Sch B ( Vi ) The Required Stationery , Registers , Documents Etc Will Be Supplied By The Firm For Each Installation All As Directed By The Engineer In Charge From Time To Time ( Vii ) The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing Sweeping Materials I . E . Broom Etc All As Specified And As Directed By Engr-In-Charge ( Viii ) Necessary Communication Instruments Shall Be Provided By The Contractor And Permission For The Same Shall Be Obtained From Af Authorities Through Ge ( Af ) . . ( Ix ) Any Problems Faced In Operation Of Equipments Shall Immediately Be Intimated By The Operator To The Je E/M In Charge Of Installation And Engr-In-Charge . ( X ) Dhpp & Engine Oil Will Be Issued Under Sch B To Be Collected By Contractor . ( Xi ) Services Are To Be Provided On All Days Incl Sundays And Holidays By Suitably Qualified/Experienced Staff As Specified In Particular Specifications . ( Xii ) No Installation Shall Be Left Unattended At Any Point Of Time .
