Conversion Of Online Hasu Into Plc Operated And Data Transfer To Control Room At Rangpo Bottling Plant , conversion of online hasm into plc operated 2 gun hasm , supply of new flp panel with plc , its display unit and other control items , new pneumatic panel with sovs and other items as per new circuit , contactless sensors ( 2 nos . ) , new hot air gun assembly with pneumatic cylinders and its guides ( 2 nos . ) , top position switches , insulated teflon hose ( 2 nos . ) with one pair rotary stopper . , complete mechanical frame for new type online hasm comprises of supply of ms vertical channel , ms cross frames , ms gun cylinder mounting frame , ms side frame for mounting stopper and cylinder guide , lpg cylinder guide stips , ms angle frame for mounting hot air chamber and one pair of swivel stopper . , plc data monitoring facility , supply of additional contactless sensors for independently counting 14 . 2kg and 19kg lpg cylinders , ethernet switches , data cable for interconnection within the exd . panel , sealed cable gland , etc . licensed software will be downloaded into users computer to monitor the plc operation , reset parameters and view 14 . 2kg and 19kg lpg cylinder counts . , supervision of installation of items and re-commissioning charges , packing , forwarding and freight charges , additionally to and fro air fares will be charged extra
