    Continuous blank form -white cream wove fine quality of plain paper should be supplied. TYPE: Standard fan folded, edge punched. THICKNESS: Maximum form thickness upto 0.02 inches. WEIGHT: Original receipt should be of 70 GSM and duplicate receipt should be of 60 GSM. Carbon should be in between Original, Duplicate Copies. PUNCHING; The forms shall have sprocket feed holes in left and right margin. Diameter of the holes shall be 0.45 plus or minus 0.01 cm Holes centers shall be located 0.64 plus or minus 0.08 cm from the top horizontal tear line perforation. Holes center shall be located 0.64 plus orminus 0.04 cm from the edge of the form. Center to center hole spacing shall be 1.27 plus or minus 0.043 cm. The form should enter and leave sprocket pins without tearing. Holes shall be punched clearly, so that no disks remain in the forms. PERFORATION: The horizontal tear line perforations shall be accurately 90 degrees angle to a vertical Line in left and right side margin aligning holes. The cut and uncut portions of the form shall have dimensions satisfactory for the intended use but should not catch the normal handing or feeding through the printer.
