Quotations For Purchase Of “Laboratory Vertical Autoclave” For Department Of Pathology & Lab Medicine At Aiims Raipur -1. The Vertical Autoclave should have Chamber Capacity of 70 or more liter. 2. The chamber of Vertical Autoclave should be manufactured as per ASME standards. 3. The Vertical Autoclave should work on the domestic power supply of : 230 V AC, 50 HZ, Single phase. 4. The units internal chamber, cover lid and all wetted parts should be fabricated from stainless steel of 304 grade. 5. The Vertical Autoclave’s all joints should be smooth finished for crevice free internals. 6. The outer body should be made up of MS sheet with heat cured epoxy coating on both sides. 7. The lid should be equipped with single lever lock mechanism and lever handle moulded from industrial plastic. 8. The lid should be provided with auto purge cum vacuum breaker valve and a manually operable valve for exhaust. 9. The unit should have a solenoid valve for auto purging of air & normal exhaust. 10 The Vertical Autoclave should have stainless steel pressure gauge with dual range dial display in KPA and PSI along with a co-related temperature scale for steam in degrees Celsius. 11 The operations of the unit should be controlled by a microprocessor based controller. 12 The user should be able to set the temperature up to 122C. 13 The autoclave should have timer facility. 14 In case of abrupt power failure / switching off, the Last Cycle which was set should remain in the memory. 15 The display for the parameters should be Two lines Alpha-Numeric digital display. 16 The unit should be equipped with Low Water Detection unit and should give Audio- Visual alarm in case of Low Water in the chamber and cut off the supply to the heater. 17 The unit should have safety valve to protect the equipment in case of over pressurization. 18 The Lid should be equipped with pressure interlock device. Also the heater should not start if the Lid is open.19 The unit should be provided with safety cut-out for high temperature. 20 The unit should give indication by audio-visual alarm on completion of set autoclave cycle. 21 The electrical safety should be ensured by inbuilt MCB. 22 The unit should be mounted on 04 Nos. PU coated castors out of which at least 2 should have locking mechanism 23 Warranty of 03 years should be provided. 24 After sale, service should be available promptly. 25 Should be CE or FDA or BIS approved product. 26 Support for induction and follow up training of technical staff, on-site standardization and troubleshooting of procedures/ tests to be provided by the company.
