Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement will be submitted to Engr-in-charge and GE before commencement of AMC. no payment shall be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (c) The contractor/OEM will provide mechanic and this mechanic shall be available round the clock i.e. 24 hrs for emergency break down attendance and rescue of trapped persons all as directed by Enginr-in-Charge. (d) The contractor shall obtain signature of Authorized Representative of GE and in token of satisfactory completion of defects. Any minor complaint requiring no spare part, shall be rectified within 2 hour & if requiring minor parts, shall be rectified within 4 hrs. Any major complaint requiring major spare part/repair, shall be rectified within 48 hours. In case delay in rectification of any minor complaint, a panel recovery @ Rs 100/- per hour shall be imposed upon the Contractor & in case of delay in major repair of the lifts for more than 48 hours & up to 10 (Ten) days, penalty on the Contractor for a sum of Rs. 2000/- per lift per day. | | | |
