    Procurement Of Ot Icu Items , ot & icu , personnel protectove kit -ppe ( sterile ) consisting of ( a ) 01 x coverallshould have zipper with barrier tape and hood ( with elastic margin ) and made up of breathable non woen fabric compliant to astm f1670 & astm f1671 standards . seams should be sewnand sealed with a viral barrier tape . sizes large and extra large . should come insterilized indiidual packing . b ( should be accompanied with the following accessories a ) 01 x face shield , b ) 02 pairs x nitryl gloves - size 7 and 7 . 5 , c ) 01 x goggles with elastic band , d ) 01 x waste collection disposable bag - size 30 x 50 cm or more , 50 to 70 micron in thickness , personnel protective kit ( ppe ) - fabric plus laminated breathable coating greaer than 90 gsm . should be completely spilll proof and water repellent cover all with legging . ppe kit should have a hoood with a sealed window provided for visibility . the material used for the window should be transparent with clear visinility . the ziper of the ppe should be covered with a flap or viral barrier tapes . should be accompanied with the folloeitn accessories . a ) 02 pairs x sterile gloves- size 7 and 7 . 5 , b ) 01 x goggles with elastic band , c ) 01 x waste collection disposable bag size 30 x 50 cm or more , 50 to 70 micronin thickness usfda/eu-ce/iso certified , us niosh certified fit tested n-95 respirator mask
