| 1 | Digital Topographical Survey of land using electronic total station of higher precision showing all details in different colours of natural as well as mammade features such as, rivers, canals, storm water nullahas, wells, tube wells, water ponds (Talabs), historical places (Temples, Gurudwaras, Masjid, Charches, Fort etc) National HIghways, packa / katcha roads including foot paths, over head power lines, power houses, Govt offices, schools / colleges buildings, sewage line with manholes, water pipe lines with valve chamber, over head water tanks, trees (girth more than 30 cm), village/ city inside/outside or nearby the specified land, fencing etc. Preparingthe contour plan with different marking colour to existing inside/outside nearby land, spot / reduce levels @ 5 Mtrs interval on four sides with 100 cm contour accuracy. Spot/ reduce levels of land started from selected permanenet Bench Marks (BM) of Deptt of survey of India. Brick pillars ( 4 ) for Temporary Bench Marks (TBM) for the purpose of land demacration and exposed surface painted with two coat of yellow colour paint and reduced level writtend on the top of Brick with engraved letters. Calculation of areas over detials of surveyed pockets with standard surveying software and submission of 05 nos coloured complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.\nNote:- \n1. Formation level to be fixed by engineer in charge\n2. Earth work calculation using simpson's rule and submitting soft and hard copies (both) of calculation. \n3.The unit rate quoted by the tenderer for all the items of Sch ‘A’ (BOQ) shall be inclusive of all types of taxes, levies including GST, labour welfare tax, all local/ Municipal charges/ Levies etc. as prevailing on the date of submission of tender. Nothing extra shall be payable to tenderer on this account.
