| 1 | 1 | Annual Maintenance Contract for football ground, details of which are follows:- \n (a) One workman is to be deployed everyday for maintenance of the football ground.\n(b) Maintenance of football ground includes - \n (i) Watering the grass daily (once or twice daily depending on weather) so as to maintain the grass green.\n (ii) Dressing the grass with lawn mover or bush cutter on regular intervals or at the instruction of concerned official. Lawn mover/bush cutter and fuel for the same are to be provided by the vendor only.\n (iii) Removal of weeds if any & white sand etc.\n(iv) Provisioning of good earth at site, wherever required, in desired quantity.\n(v) Provisioning of organic/inorganic/chemical fertilizers at site wherever and whenever required, as decided by concerned officials.\n(vi) Removal of rubbish/excavated malba\n(vii) Planting of same quality grass in the bald patches, as required.\n(c) Supervision and provisioning of labour.\n(d) Technical Experts visits on call.\n\n | AFND/SPT1 | 1 | Each |
