Eoi Appointment Of Architectural Firm /Consultant To Assist Amc In Planning And Balance Development Ofland Under Reservation As Pg-3 And Pg-4 At . T . V . Centre , N-10 Cidco Aurangabad , Part ( A ) The Duties & Responsibilities Of Architectural Firm Will Be In Similar Line With The Guidelines Given By Council Of Architecture . The Scope Of The Work Will Be As Follows . ( 1 ) To Do The Total Station Survey Of The Existing Land With The Help Of Modern Machine Under Reservation Having Namely Pg-3 & Pg-4 And Prepare Contour Map With Grid Of At Least 5 Mx 5 M Contour In Required And Readable Scale With Showing All Existing Structure , Existing Trees , Electric Line With Pole , Street Lights Pole , Road , Compound Wall , All Existing Structure Etc . ( 2 ) Preparation Of Plan As Per The Site Condition And As Per The Requirement In Hard And Soft Copy Format And Submit Toengineer In Charge And Prepare Building Plans With Structural Design Of The Proposed Work Including Plan , Elevation , Section Along With The Specifications , Final Layout , Designing , Construction Methodology And Schedules And Preparation Of Drawing & Layout Along With Plans And Detailed Specifications And Estimate Of Project For The Work In Phase Wise Manner . And Also , To Submit Detail Project Report In Phase Wise Manner Including The Detail Estimate With Current Year Csr/Ssr & Also To Submit The Feasibility Of Project As Per The Market Situation And As Per Direction Of Engineer In Charge ( 5 ) The Drawings Of The Project Shall Comply With The By-Laws Of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation Including Parking Norms . ( 6 ) Preparations Of Layout And Detail Plans Of Landscape Work , If Any In The Campus Of Proposed Project If Any ( 7 ) To Submit Efficient Internal And External Electrification And Lighting Design As Per The Requirement Of Engineer In Charge ( 8 ) Preparing Proposal For Graphic Signage , Indoor Planting , Incidental Plumbing , Firefighting And Sanitation Work . ( 9 ) Additional Units/Inputs Or As Directed By The Engineer In Charge From Time To Time . Part ( B ) ( 1 ) All The Existing Structures In The Premises Are To Be Demolished If Any , But Before Demolishing The Existing Entire Old Structures , The Auction Ofall Or Any Part Of The Project , As Per Requirement And Assist To Engineer In Charge . Part ( C ) ( 1 ) To Assist The Engineer In Charge In Pre-Tender And Post-Tender Activity To Select The Proper Contractor For The Work Through Tenderand ( 2 ) Also Marking Center Line Plan On Ground For Actual Execution Of Work For The Sake Of Contractor , And To Submit Cross Section Of The All Component Of The Project In Hard And Soft Format . ( 3 ) To Visit The Site Regularly To Check Quality And Quantity Of Work On Day To Day Basis While Work Is Progress And To Submit Factual Report Of The Site In Writing To Engineer In Charge ( 4 ) To Prepare The Contractors Running And Final Bills As Per Requirement , By Taking Actual Measurements Of Work Done By Contactor And Submit It To Engineer In Charge Which Includes Civil , Electrical And Anotherrequirements . Part ( D ) ( 1 ) To Submit The Work Completion Project Report After Completion Of The Project With All As Built Drawing In Hard And Soft Copies To Engineer In Charge Including All Components Cross Section , Preparation Of Phase Wisedrawing & Layout Along With Plans And Detailed Specifications For The Work In Soft & Hard Copy Format To Engineer In Charge .
